Lodha Group — Refund of booking amount of flat

I booked a flat at lodha crown taloja road and then due to some circumstances I want to cancel the booking within one month so i called the lodha costumer care and i also send the email for cancellation and told them refund my money they totally refused it. My flat num is jasmine G wing 1105 and they can't answered my mail .
