We booked two flats in lodha upper thane and have already paid around 15 lakhs. At the time of booking these over smart sales people depicted a fake impression telling us our flat will be facing a football ground as we needed open space in front of the building. After some months they are informing the position of the building has changed. Hence we cancelled it. Now these fraudsters are not refunding the money back which will force us to report the case with rera.

My name is Kishor Bhundere I have booked flat in lodha Amara on 18 May 2019 but due to financial issues I have cancelled it as by loan eligibility was 35 Lacs, it's already two months gone after cancelation still my refund of 2.18 lac has not received and sales person is also not responding my call. I have booked an under construction flat last year in phase two and already paid 2.5 lacs at the time of booking
and also paid 38 lacs as loan of which i am paying emi every month now they are asking for more 5 lacs cash
within 7 days as they are saying it was in the contract but we have no idea about it

At the time of booking the sales team assured me that amount of 2, 48, 270/- would be deducted from my last installment and I do have that on email from Lodha sales team. Now when it is time to fulfill their commitment they are just deducting 38, 000/- instead of 2, 48, 270. I am having horrifying experience and regret my decision of investing at Lodha Amara.

Worst experience. I booked flat 2015 .paid 54k.i have proof.then I renooked in palawa after talking with lady.she moulded me and assured that 54k will be added.now customers care saying no refunds.i need to cancel.they are the worst people and lack of service. They dnt even attend call.

We also got same answer from lodha group at a time of booking they confirm that if any financial issue caused they will return our booking amount as we are senior citizens and unable to get any kind of loan and that's why we want to cancel booking but now they are not rady to refund booking amount please help us
