Lodha Group — Refund of the flat

Need the refund of flat no 104 that i have booked on 15 October and due to some personal and financial issues i have cancelled the deal on 21 December but didn't receive any call from sales team and on 12 January got the call from Divya sales person and she told you would not get the refund. I need the refund please help.
