On 14th april 2022 i paid Rs2.07 lacs to Lodha Group for 3.5bhk flat in Pune Nibm property, then i checked on my own contribution and found that is impossible to arrange such big amount and i had also requested for project details which they provided after 12 days and there have been false promises and miss communication. I consulted back to them and asked them to cancel and refund the amount, to which they are claiming that there is no refund policy. This was never told at the time of giving token amount or was not part of any document which they showed to us .
I have tried to communicate with the sales executive Mr Pratik Bhandare but i am not getting any response from him for the same, calls and messages are being ignored. Being an Nri client i am being kept on hold for so many days.
I need my refund as soon as possible and cancel the booking for the same.
