Lodha Group — Refunding Issue

Hello,

Due to some reason, I had to discontinue my booking with Lodha and cancel my booking on January 25, 2023. I was looking for a property on Lodha Premiere/Crown. Now I have been waiting for the refund for more than 2 months, and they told me it would be refunded in 45 days, I already called the sales manager (Mansi Mahadadalke, Contact: [protected]/[protected]), but after 2 or 3 calls she's not answering me back, I also got a call from another Lodha sales manager (Pooja, Contact Details: [protected]) on 16th March 2023, where she told me that it would be done in 2 weeks, but still there is no update.

Kindly look into this problem, and let me know the update ASAP. My payment details are attached here.
