Lodha Group — Regarding booking amount rs.63000 non refund from lodha

I have booked a flat in CASA RIO GOLD situated Kalyan shil road, Palava, on 6th march 2016.But due to some fare reasons I decided to cancel the booking I paid Rs 63000.On 12th march I wrote mail to sales manager to cancel booking but received no revert form him and he told us on call it is not refundable.As I am aware as per 'Consumer Redressal forum' Lodha has to refund me 90% amount.i.e.Rs 56700.Kindly give my amount back as Rs.63000 is not a small amount.

Hi,

Am also facing the from issue from last 5 months, they still not refunded by Booking amount 45000/- and 1, 25, 000/-. I have also made a complaint in this forum, but if you have any other way to get back our funds, than let me know.
