Lodha Group — regarding cancellation of flat due to incorrect information

I have booked a flat on 15th august, 2017 in lodha casa epic fontana - c-1106 and paid rs 45, 000/- as a booking amount.
Next day i came to know that directions were not provided to me properly when asked at the time of booking, so i wanted to cancel the booking because of misguided information.
But they are not ready to refund.
Since in my case they have provided me with incorrect information they are liable to refund my booking amount.
Can you please help.
