Dear Sir,
I have purchased the Lotto sports shoe and MTV sunglass combo on 22nd November 2012. They told that it has been shipped from warehouse for delivery on 8th December 2012. Till now i didn't received the product. They charged me 1299 rupees for the order and the amount also not refunded to my account. I have sent so many mails to the customer care of INDIAPLAZA, but no response from them.
Please see the below followup mails and no response from them.
Please help me.

I have done an online purchase in Indiaplaze.com with the order number I[protected] for one product with the track id D48171470 and they put my place as serviceable area. But the courier company people in my area (Karaikal) Office told they can’t do the door delivery. My wife has explained that there is no other person to collect from the office and told them to do the door delivery. They harshly shouted at my wife and cut the line.
My Question is, If your courier company is not able to do the door delivery why you support online purchase or accept the parcel from the online shops to do the door deliver the products?
We are paying the money to do the door delivery. If I can go to the courier office to collect the product, better I can go to the shop to buy the same product. I will not prefer the online purchase if not door delivery.
I am totally disappointed and I am not satisfied with the courier service.
Do the best to deliver the product.

The courier Service had called my house on Saturday and they told that they can't give the door delivery. From my home they told the situation that i am not in India and there is no body to pick up. But they rudely spoke and they cut the line and didn't deliver the product. We are believing that the internet merchant will deliver a satisfactory service, but what happened is not acceptable. Please do the door delivery or revert the amount to my account. I don't want to wait anymore.
If not able to do so revert the amount and i don't have any problem in it.

I have not received the Shipment till now. I don't know why so much delay? I didn't received the product or any calls from the Courier service till now. The other 2 shipments for the same products also I personally went to the Courier office to collect it. I think it should be door delivery by the courier service. No door delivery is made by the courier company. Anyway confirm the shipment status and find the product present location so that we can get the product. Otherwise tell them to refund the money (Rs.1299).

Shoe torned within one week.
I bought 10 no shoes from Flip cart Got torned within two wear but could not report within 30 days. i requested to change it in 33 days which they refused. Please exchange or return this inferior quality shoe.
