Dear Sir, I have purchased a Lotto sport shoe from your showroom at Allahabad on 11.01.2015 But aforesaid shoe give me a lot of problem. I have returned the shoe at your Allahabad showroom for replacement. After a week they call me your shoe is ready and may pl collect the same. But after a few days it was found that the problem of the shoe was as it is. On again request they have again called the shoe at showroom they have applied an patch on the shoe, all these attitudes are irritating to a customer and repairing / patching is not suitable for your company rules and regulations and malign the image of a Global Reputation holder company. I hope you can very easily realize the expectation and feeling of a company specially for your Company. It is therefore, requested kindly intervene in to the matter at your apex level and resolve the problem at once by informing to me on my contact number. I hope after receiving the same you will definitely take suitable action by solving the problem and will replace the same immediately with new one. Shoe torned within one week.

I bought 10 no shoes from Flip cart Got torned within two wear but could not report within 30 days. i requested to change it in 33 days which they refused. Please exchange or return this inferior quality shoe.

    Hello, I have purchased a lotto shoe from lotto showroom abuline meerut cantt and in six months my shoe is torn from lower side . The upper n lower part of shoes are teared seems as it is a manufacturing defect. Can someone plz provide me lotto customer care no? I have tried to call "[protected]" but this number is always busy. The same was found defected after 2 month and the claim for the same is made by Hazratganj Showroom. They informs me that the same is rejected by the co. by giving the reason physical Damage. But the same is not a physical Damage. Please take the matter in review & also take necessary action regarding the same.

                I am a regular customer of Flipkart.I purchased the Lotto Running shoe from Flipkart website but the quality and material of the product is very bad. I am using the product for the last 3 months. Within this 3 months time the upper net of the shoe has been damaged and is beyond repairable. I did not expect such a bad quality product from a reputed company and a reputed online dealer. May I request you to do the needful in replacement of the product since I hope it may be in the period of warranty.

                      Dear sir, I would like to bring in your notice that I purchased lotto magic shoe, online from bag it today by order no. 33448626 dated 27/11/13. Same was delivered to me on 07/12/13. I started using this shoe from third weak of February, but after starting using I realized that the blue color of both shoe is not same, blue color of both shoe are very different, in one shoe color is sky blue and in other is dark blue . It was shocking for me as product is from very reputed brand Lotto. Therefore product is not usable and not acceptable . I requested to bagittoday to replace the shoe but they are not positive and deny to replace the shoes. This is the violation of consumer right. Therefore I request you to replace the pair of shoes at the earliest so that my confidence in the product and your company may be resumed .                             I have purchased the Lotto sports shoe and MTV sunglass combo on 22nd November 2012. They told that it has been shipped from warehouse for delivery on 8th December 2012. Till now i didn't received the product. They charged me 1299 rupees for the order and the amount also not refunded to my account. I have sent so many mails to the customer care of INDIAPLAZA, but no response from them.

My wife has explained that there is no other person to collect from the office and told them to do the door delivery. They harshly shouted at my wife and cut the line.

                            My Question is, If your courier company is not able to do the door delivery why you support online purchase or accept the parcel from the online shops to do the door deliver the products?

                            We are paying the money to do the door delivery. If I can go to the courier office to collect the product, better I can go to the shop to buy the same product. I will not prefer the online purchase if not door delivery.

                            I am totally disappointed and I am not satisfied with the courier service.

                            Do the best to deliver the product.

                            I have been receiving alerts from BajajFinance in my cell phone that I have availed a loan which is not correct.
                            Now I have received an alert on cell phone no [protected] to keep sufficient funds in my Bank account as the EMI will be directly debited from my account.
                            This is beyond my imagination. How can you send such alerts. What are the documents that you have in you possession which entitles you to recover mone.
                            I am sure there has been a mistake..
                            Please verify your record and inform me the position on my phone. viz. the name of the beneficiari, address & other relevent details.
                            Ido not know how you could get my account no. There sure is some mischief.
                            In case recovery is made directly from my account without my consent Ishall have to take legal course.

                              I ordered for Lotto Shine Green Men's Slippers on e-bay and made the payment too but I haven't received my order yet. It was promised that my order will be delivered within 7 days but now its more than a month and I haven't received my order. When I tried to contact the seller the always said that send an email and they will revert soon but they didn't. Can anyone please help me out with this problem.

                                I recently ordered a LOTTO watch through this snapdeal and got it delivered within a week..They were claiming the MRP to be 2500 and giving at a discounted rate of 599. To my surprise, this watch worked only for a day. The very next day, the buckle from the strap broke.. 3rd day the watch was running 30 min late. and gradually it stopped working within a week. This is my 1st experience with snap deal and probably would be the last.
                                Its time such dirty tactics needed to be stopped.. These guys who run such shows are for just money making, cheating the public and would even sell their mothers for petty money. Shame on u snap deal..

                                  I have booked lotto shoe (code-248207) on 11/12/2011 at 03.00 P. M. Miss.Simi has booked my order no.[protected] and amount. 999.00. she said that product will deliver within 4 to 5 days. That time the lotto shoe was showing in stock and she booked my order 2 times. After one week I called homeshop18 toll free no your customer care executive said that there is some courier company problem please wait 4 to 5 days. After one week again I called your toll free no and other customer care executive said that there is some technical problem please wait 4 to 5 days. On 22/12/2011 I talked your customer care executive and he forward my compliant no.68900583 to concern department. After 3 days I called so many times to your toll free no and every customer care executive gave me wrong information. On 31/12/2011 Mr.Manish called me and said that your order has been canceled due to out of stock I want to know if product was showing out of stock than how can she booked my order ( 2 times booked)? He said that please wait when product will in stock than you can book the shoe again. After 20 days he informed me Why? I want to know why should I book the order again because I have already booked the order? This is the second time I am facing this type problem. This is very poor, ruthless dealing with me. This is not the way to deal with the customer. I will not book my order again. I want my product as I have already booked. I have not canceled my product. Its your company mistake not my. Kindly look into this matter .

                                    I purchased the lotto shoes from noida Sector 24 (SPICE showroom) and i found the shoe to be cracking and the rubber material coming out in one month duration.

                                    On returning the shoe to the store they said me that they will get back to me whihc they never did. I returned to them in a week's time and they told me to exchange the shoe fopr the same amount. Even though I did not like any model of shoes at that time, I still tried to pick something but they did not have the sizes. So I said I will come later.

                                    When I went back again after 10 days , I was told that I can not exchange the shoes anymore as the production manager has said so. On talking to the production manger, he talked in a very dis respectful way and blamed that the shoe is spoiled by me only and can not be exchanged.

                                    Its not the matter of the shoe amount but about "whats right??" I need help on the same to sue the company and the production mangager. Kindly guide me for the same.

                                      I made purchasing of footwear from Reliance foot print located in ISKON mall Ahmadabad. After lots of find out I finally made a conclusion to go with LOTTO brand. Here your sales supervisor suggested me a quantity of exceptional pair of footwear. Out of this I selected one pair and prepared to buy this. Your sales representative told me that company is offering 6 month warranty on this pair of footwear against any defect like gone of stitching or any split in upper part and also base.
                                      After 3 months my footwear tore off from one side and leather remove from base. The same was pasted and repair by Reliance footprints.
                                      Now my footwear tore off again from one side and reliance footprints refused to exchange the shoes So kindly look into the matter seriously because footwear from brand like you should not have gone off so soon.
                                      I am not expecting this kind of imperfection from big brand like you. Because customer always seeking good result from big brands and if this kind of situation going to happen we have to switch to another brand.
