I bought women shoes from the store yesterday and i am highly dissatisfied with the product. I used the shoes once and that too for just one hour and ended up getting blisters on my feet. The shoes which were meant for sports activity are not that comfortable in fact it rendered me from wearing other shoes also. I purchased from the store with great trust but the results force me to never recommend this brand.

I purchased a lotto shoe from the shop named BRAND FACTORY, kozhikode kerala.the sol of the right leg shoe is not flat as it is very difficulty to walk .the sol of the shoe is inclined to inner side.if you can replace me the shoe i will be thankful to you

I am Army person and purchase a Lotto white shoes from Army CSD Canteen for my official duties/Physical training Parade duty. But now colour of one shoes is changing in front side white to yellow. In Army yellow colour is not acceptable in lieu of White shoes. So please send me your support for change of shoes.
