L&t Finance — charged bouncing charges instead of emi

My name is pratik jadhav. My loan agreement number - t[protected]. I'm not happy with your wrong information that you provide. I had already had an amount in my account for my bike emi but the emi did get cut and receive an message from you (L&t finance) guys that due to insufficient fund the emi was not deducted which is false. I can provide you the bank details regarding this. I have prove of it. This is your l&t's fault and not mine. I request you to kindly do not charge any bouncing charges to my account nor it should reflect as bounce emi which will affect my cibil score. L&t finance has now deducted my account with bouncing charges and not emi. I had kept all my bank transactions clear and now because of l&t finance that might affect. I do not want that to happen. The amount is already present in the bank account.
