[Resolved] L&t Finance — emi deduction (2 times the amount)

My l&t housing finance loan FIRST emi of INR 38K was due on 7th of nov. However i was shocked to see that 78K was deducted from my hdfc account.

I contacted Mr. Vijay Kamble and Rahul Sharma and found that it was due to some technical error. In my entire life i have not seen such a technical error wherein double the amount was deducted.

I was being assured by Vijay kamble that money will be refunded on monday 12th nov. When the money did not credit my account, i called him again and he confirmed tuesday 13th for sure the money will be returned. Money never came. Same assurance given to me for 14th nov. Money didnot come. On 15th, i called up Mr. Rahul and asked him the status on which he replied money will come on 19th nov. I seriously got frustrated.

I have taken a hand loan @ 3% ROI per month to keep honor my EMIs.

I strongly demand that L&t finance has to pay me the interest from 7th till the date when the money is going to be returned.

Please get me the compensation.

the emi to be deducted is 39577 INR on 7th nov.

After getting the refund, I calculated the emi you guys deducted is 42618 INR.

Now how many days LTFS is going to take to return this 3041 INR.

also i had requested for the 15 days rate of interest for using my money. pls adv reg that.
