I have a two wheeler loan with this agency and today morning i got an sms having words that inr 1, 116rs has been debited from your account. Whereas my loan amount is 2506 and is always debited on every 5th of the month. So i just want to confirm the entire mess but because of forgetting lan no. I am unable to get relative information regarding my today's deduction from customer care. Even when i asked to tell me my entire loan status through my mobile no. They said your no.
