L&t Finance — I have paid the EMI amount in advance but the customer service executives didn't approve it.

I have a two wheeler account with L and T Finance. I paid the EMI in advance for the month of February 2021, in 21st January 2021. After paying the amount, I called them for the approval as I have done before as per their instructions. But they didn't processed my EMI payment. After calling alot of times they didn't agreed to approve. Then, after few days, recovery agent contacted me for the payment of the EMI, I showed him the invoice of the payment and tell him to approve it. Instead of approving, he didn't contact me again. Now, L and T Finance don't contact me nor their recovery agents. They are charing me penalties every month. I tried to contact them and mailed them too but I didn't get any call back from them. I am worried. Only 2 EMIs are left and they are not taking the EMIs, they ate charging penalties. Please help me.
