On behalf of my client mrs. Dola ghosh having a two wheeler loan being account no.2847281 i would like to inform you that due to some unavoudable circumstances she could not pay the emi on ecs in time. Thereafter she is trying to pay the unpaid amount. But as she had no corresponding link she could pay.
Yesterday in the evening an unknown person called her and he ibtroduced himself as the "collecting officer" of your company (I. E. L &t funance) from a mobile no. [protected] and used obligatory words which caused my client shocked and which was adverse to her modesty.
Later on he again called from 2 landline numbers [protected] and [protected] and abused in offensive languages.
Todat from the above landline numbers my client has been called 13 times and the calls were made after official time, i. E. After 5.30 p. M. Which indicates that person's ulterior motive towards my client.
In such circumstances my client is feeling outraged, defamed and harrassed. Hence as per the instruction of my client i am informing you the entire matter in written with a hope to take lawful and justified steps against that person and let me know the steps you shall have been taken within 15 days from reciept of this mail. Otherswise i shall have no other way to take lawful civil or criminal or both steps against him and that may cause harm to the reputation of your company and my client shall not be responsible for that.
