My loan account number is H[protected]. My loan was disbursed on your mobile app in December 2017. Since then I am requesting for online loan account details, it has not been provided so far.

Moreover, your operation team has included a loan processing fees of INR 5900 in the total disbursed amount and interest is being levied on it. I have informed the same to customer care, GRO but no action has been taken.

Your GRO team doesn't call back. For each complaint, I have to write on your twitter account. I regret taking a loan from your company. This is how you show profits to everybody by doing fraud activities and charging wrong amount to innocent customer who trusts you.

I had purchased a bike having registration number WB40AA6723 in May 2014 and cleared installments in 2015 in 17 months.
I need NOC for it.
I connected through the toll free number but they responds with different name and bike number.
I cleared the 17 installments through 17 cheques in an amount of Rs 2300 per month.

Dola ghosh having a two wheeler loan being account no.2847281 i would like to inform you that due to some unavoudable circumstances she could not pay the emi on ecs in time. Thereafter she is trying to pay the unpaid amount. But as she had no corresponding link she could pay.
Yesterday in the evening an unknown person called her and he ibtroduced...

Sir my loan agreement no is 4029355.. And i most of time try to login but still not login or download my welcome kit... What the problem behind this.. Please send my welcome kit with my registration number or e mail id... I want to know my rate of interest and outstanding amount... And it's not show all details... And my time i call to toll-free number of l&t finance but they also told not said all the details and request to contact my home branch

Actually i have purchased two wheeler loan from l & t finance 56600 i have paid 1 instalment after that i paid full amount with interest rs 60649 in egmore branch they told your noc you will get after 15 working days ok that's acceptable today i received messages from l&t finance pls maintain the enough balance to account for ur ecs amt 2859 after that i made a call to customer care they told sorry sir ur paid amt not updated in ur account...

This is to bring to your kind notice that we are a customer of l&t housing finance from past one year. Due to the current market conditions we are also facing fund paucity and could not pay 3 emis. On 27.07.2018 we made a part payment of Rs.35, 000/- & on 25.09.2018 we made a payment of Ra.90, 000/- we are due to pay another 1 lakh for which we are requesting time. Mr. Srivathsan from the legal team is littered harassing us and my dad who is a heart patient and torturing us to the core saying we will paint your wall, auction the property, etc etc. Is this how a customer is Treated?

Your executive promised that he clear the problem but he didn't solved my problem. So i discuss with your executive to my problem 5 months ago. Your executive have called to me. Your executive told that he discuss with head office about my problem. Due to bounce charges pending in my account. Without intimatinon extra cheque presented in my bank. Because of that my other bank cheque bounced. I lossed a lot. With this issue i visited your nearest branch. And discuss about my problem. They clearly said that that's not my fault. Contact head office. I send number of times mail sended. Your nearest branch executives or manager's. We can't do anything. Automatic they send the cheque. Without your permission. Further you can do anything. They said. Because of you i loaded.


They said they can't do anything. You may proceed legal. Send me a mail i will legally proceed with a mail or letter. I can proceed. Proof with a written letter. I may proceed. My name is krunal patel. I purchased a shine bike. Bike price is 70659. And i made a down-payment of 21400. So the amount left is 49, 259. Loan a/c no. Is 3113615. Loan agreement no. Is 3437052. If amount is 49, 259, 2 year at a rate of interest 10.75, then emi should be around 2200. But they charged emi of 2633. So total 9600 rs they charged me extra

This is Mardas here, i have purchased a honda activa 4g through loan from your company on Sptember 2017. The term of loan is for 11 months but till now i have neither received any document from your side nor any emi statements.

My Bank rejected the ECS mode because of signature issue. Ever month i am paying it personally through the Authorised Retail Outlet. Around two months back i given the signature verification.

Hi team recently i 've taken a loan from your end agreement no411814 i 've applied for 35k loan but my loan approved for 40k. Later i contacted ua executive nandini regarding it but she is not sharing any of the details. I want to know how come she made a loan for 40k i want the complete breakup of this. Please help me with this or else really i'll suit u to court of law. Till today i 've not got any welcome kit. N i culdnt able to download it from google also. Now its two years i am paying this loan. I don't know when it will last, as i am not getting any statement. It will be better i[censored] get the persons know when their loan ends, as we are not able to contact u. I have a loan for purchase of motor bike which loan a/c number is 3971580, emi amount is rs. 8676/-. Emi date is 1st day of each month, in the name of malay kanti halder. 1st emi amount was deducted from my bank account. But 2nd emi was not deducted which date was[protected] in spite of available fund in my account. L have applied for a two wheelers loan and the loan was not approved. when I asked the agent he was unable to explain the reasons. He just show me the report in his mobile where it was stated that SOA required 512... So I couldn't understand the meaning. Please explain. Moreover I am an old Customer of family credit. My last car loan was closed on 2015 and I got the NOC. My CIBIL score is good so why my loan application was rejected. I must have to know the reason. because it's a matter of prestige. Hope you people inform me the actual fact.

Sir, I have purchased a 2wheeler bike on 18/06/2018 & my 1st installment was done OK. But, my 2nd installment is having a problem. I don't know what's the reason. My EMI an amount of Rs. 3097.00 & i have charged extra Rs. 350.00 for FC BCC, Rs. 53.00 for FC LPP & other Rs. 295.00 for Check bounce. So, I want to know why I'm getting charged for this in total of sum of Rs. 698.00 I want to talk with you sir.

Rto has some issue regarding my vehicle so they required my tax invoices copy for my activa 4g.in rainy season in my house water blockage has happened so i lost my many documents phone and so on... Requests to issue my invoice copy asap.

I have purchased a scooty from L&T Finance. My loan no. is 1938173, I have clear all the loan amount within the period but as some of my cheques was dishonoured by the bank for which I have to pay a sum of around Rupees 3200/- as penalty. I have called several times to your customer care no. how to pay the penalty amount but all the time i got the same answer pay your penalty at the JORHAT office. I want to inform you that I am living in DIBRUGARH and my loan was approved from Dibrugarh then why I go to JORHAT Office. The office of JORHAT is almost 180 KM from DIBRUGARH. JORHAT is a Different District and Dibrugarh is another one of Assam. If I Start my journey from Dibrugarh to Jorhat it will become 180 KM + 180 KM back to back. If you can not settle down any pending cases then you should not same district you should close the other branches.

Finally I have paid my dues on 14th August. 2018 vide Receipt no. D[protected]. and I have been waiting for the NOC.

But today the 3rd September, 2018 at around 5.21 PM I got a call from [protected]. a stupid lady asked me to pay the Penalty as soon as possible. She behaved me rudely and I asked her name she refused to tell me her name. Then I got angry and I told her that I have paid already vide receipt no as mentioned above. then again I asked her name she again denied to tell her name. I have tried to call her several times but she blocked me.

I Need MY NOC as soon as possible
