My loan account number is H[protected]. My loan was disbursed on your mobile app in December 2017. Since then I am requesting for online loan account details, it has not been provided so far.
Moreover, your operation team has included a loan processing fees of INR 5900 in the total disbursed amount and interest is being levied on it. I have informed the same to customer care, GRO but no action has been taken.
Your GRO team doesn't call back. For each complaint, I have to write on your twitter account. I regret taking a loan from your company. This is how you show profits to everybody by doing fraud activities and charging wrong amount to innocent customer who trusts you.
