L&t Finance — Issuance of NOC against closure of Two Wheeler Loan

I was issued a loan for a Two Wheeler in the year 2014 against which EMI period started from 03.10.2014 (Rs. 2968/- for 18 months).
But due to some technical fault from your end EMI could not be deducted from my account and against which I had to bear the pain of paying the EMI in cash for 11 months consecutively starting from 03.10.2014 at your beck and call. However for the last 7 months EMI was deducted from my account.
Now as the EMI has been fully paid, I have applied for a NOC to be issued against the closure of the loan.
But I am really surprised to hear from your office that I had to pay a penalty charge against the interest and cheque bounced charges for those 11 months which I had already paid in cash due to the technical fault from your end.
I now want a clarification from your end that why I have to pay the penalty due to no fault of mine.
Also you are requested to issue me a NOC against the same immediately .

My name is Y.V.Shashi Kiran, I have bought Honda Dream Yuga in 2015 and cleared all the installments in due time without fail and also collected NOC on 20-Sep-2017. As now I'm planning to sell this bike, NOC's validity is only 95days from the date of issue, I request you to issue the updated NOC for my bike. My loan No. is 2400776 and Vehicle no. is TS 07 ER 0098.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. For reference attaching the old NOC.

I am Smitha.V i had purchase Honda Activa on 16/10/2006, Registration Number KA-04-ER-9393 M/C 75 300 CC from Swastik Motors Gokula, Mathikere, Bangalore and the loan was financed by CITI FINANCIAL CONSUMER FINANCE INDIA LTD BANGALORE -25, I have paid all the Installments without fail but i forgot to take NOC from the financing company. As i want to buy new vehicle and sell the old Vehicle i need NOC. I am unable to find this company's details in Bangalore to contact and get NOC. Hope you do the needfull.

NOC IN POLICY CANCELATION
My car loan completed but still I didnt get any letter of NOC and Form 30 from L and T finance. More than 8 months over still there is no update from L and T

A two wheeler was purchased from online auction held by L&T Finance through platform of ediig.com with registration number as GJ.05.LQ.0122. The NOC was issued to the original buyer of the vehicle from the auction but the same has been misplaced by the buyer.

I want you to guide me with the procedure of obtaining the duplicate copy of NOC at the earliest. The possession of vehicle is with me as I had purchased the same from the original buyer who had purchased the same in the auction.

Hi Team,

Myself Ranjith took honda dio a month ago and took loan from L&T for 18 months EMi of 3850 rs.
Just 1 due over from my end. Wants to close the loan and needs to keep my account as 0 debt for some purposes...
In showroom mandatory 6 months EMI needs to pay like that they are telling. Ready to pay extra amount also Can you help me to close this loan..
