[Resolved] L&t Finance — loan fraud

Dear Sir, I have been receiving messages regarding loan repayment from L&T financial services on my mobile ([protected]). I have not taken any loan from here. This is a clear case of fraud where someone had taken a loan using fake documents and had given my number for the same or maybe someone from your organisation got it wrong in sending the information to the correct recipient. Whatever be the case this is really frustrating. One msg says that loan is due then after 3-4 days it says your loan payment is made. I mean what is this. Again recently received a message asking for loan repayment. This is mental harassment. Also got a couple of fake calls regarding this. I urge you to look into this matter at the earliest and take strict action otherwise I will have to file a complaint or case against you. Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (15)

I mean if the person is longer alive how could someone give his mobile number to commit such a fraud and put us in this difficult situation. This is really pathetic from your end. Don't you do your kyc and verification properly?. I will tell you what the msg says: " Dear Customer, we have not received payment for your loan from L&T financial services. Please make your payment at the earliest. If you have already paid, please visit your nearest Meeting centre or contact is at [protected]". Then another msg says: " Dear customer, thank you for your payment made to L&T financial services. In case of any queries, please contact us at [protected]". What on earth is this?. Please reveal the name of the person who has taken a loan and gave my dad's number for the same and take strict action against those who are involved in this hideous crime. Kindly check this I've no Loan with L&T. Some body has miss used my number. Please check the KYC looks like a fraudulent activity.

I also received similar message today saying **** this is your one time password for your loan application with L&T Finance Ltd. and I haven't applied for any loan application. How can someone do that. This is fake and illegal that you are processing loans without any consent and proper kyc. I will file a legal case against L&T Finance take up this matter in court now.
