Please send the account statement for two wheeler on my email id: [protected]@gmail.com. Request the company to not deposit my cheques in banks for 2-3 months since there is some issue in my bank account for 2-3 months. Aganist which i will give cash for the emi instalmemts.
As the customer care no is not working.

Its really frustrating to write such emails to brand like l&t finance but some details need to put under your notice what actual sales people are doing with customers or rather can say misleading the customers with help of two wheeler dealrs so here is my complain no 270180
1) i visited vinayak two wheelers on 10th feb 2018 to purchase activa 4g were i was informed on road price inclusive of all charges will be 70000/- for which i agreed so i requested the person to swipe my credit card, in between your l&t finance sales person name shirke was present there he asked me to take loan from l&t as it will be cheaper than credit card with rate of interest 11.5 i said current rate is 10.5 going in market so he told me my loan will be at 10.75 for which i agreed he asked me what will be the downpayment i said 25k so he said on 45k loan amount emi will be 2200 which i agreed for. Day later i made downpayment to dealer of 25k and signed the loan documents at that time i told the executive that as per emi calculator on 45k emi is coming 1800 on 10.75 but he said he that is fixed rate of interest whereas we charge you as floating rate of interest i belevied him being an employee of l&t which was my biggest mistake. I took the delivery. After 1 months time i recevied a welcome call from l&t finance stating that your loan has been disbursed for the amount of 51000 which was surprising for me i immdetialey walked in to dealers office where the same l&t person was sitting he said talk to dealer when i approcched the dealer he said this 6k include 1k processing fee which is acceptable and 5k as dsa charges for the loan you took from l&t, where i asked th l&t person he said this charges are applicable which i was not informed i asked them for explanation of charges i was told to get out and do whatever i want that dealers other partner was not available that time i called him and explained him everything he said this charges are taken by l&t for which if requred area manager can explain and asked me to wait i waited for few days but no reponse i logged complain in customer care with complain id 270180 day later i met dealer asked him to give him clarification of charges for the loan i took he said i will refund you 2k rest once i will contact area manager he will explain again i waited unfortunately i was not available in town for month and no one contacted me then l&t area manager mr siddesh mobile no [protected] called me and asked me for the issue i explained him exactly what happened he said i will get you refund as there are no such charges from l&t i again waited for 3 days after that area manager tells me to approach dealer as we are not invloved in this i went to dealer he said you do whatever your want but whatver amount we say to l&t person he will disburse that amount. Now the reason i m approching l&t is while filling the form i was not informed by loan amount will be 51000 i was informed emi. When i asked the area manager and sales person they said you should calculate on your own being a laymen person how can i calculate the loan amount with emi also while signing the documents when i raised the query i was informed it is floating rate. It really frustrating that l&t people taking salaries from company but working for dealer as per their demand. Why was i not informed the loan there was no commucation sent also form was not filled in front of me such signatures were taken.
2) area manger is telling me we will not do anything you approach dealer, and dealer is saying whatever we say that amount is disbursed so why should i pay emi and intrest on the amount which i never agreed for. And over and above i have been treated very rudely by dealer and l&t sales person where i was asked to get out. If such practise is followed in l&t then i would really say it is my worst expereince and will ensure people like me don’t suffer where we pay for fraud done by your employes. I want my emis to be waived for the difference amount or refund till that time i will not kept quite and keep approaching. If there is any customer service in your company please look into my complain.
3) also please share the feedback to sales team to work eithically not to fool customers who trust in brand and disburse the amount whatever dealer wants without informing customers.

Sir,
This is to bring your attention at unethical practices going on at l & t finance medical square, nagpur branch. I have filled ecs form at the time of getting loan, they said its rejected, some executives came to home and took signature, but branch responded no ecs form has been received. They want only cash payment without any trustworthy ackl & this is happning not only with me but many customer as i have seen when visited branch. Its highly suspicious fraud.

I want to pay due emis of my two wheeler loan online or need office address in hyderabad. I don't know my load i'd. And need to update mobile number and address. First of all L&T is not accepting any online payments, so I requested to change bank details at Memnagar branch as I am not using that account any more and due to that every time they are taking 500 bounce charge and also not refunding back. Apart from this they are calling for payments from different numbers. I am asking then that how and where can I pay so they are saying make it RTGS. But from which application and how they are not sharing such kind of information. This is from since long and I am fed up by the things they are doing.

Please help me to resolve this as they are not guiding for anything and giving rude answers every time. Also once they took activa from my home and then they told my neighbours that we are a big fraud. They are ruining anyone's impression as well as taking money more money which is not right. I really need help on this.

Hi sir, i’m vignesh from tiruvannamalai. Two days before i bought new pulsar 150 in sayar bajaj showroom with l&t finance. Your l&t fiance staff sathish ask extra document chargers. But he not give clear response. My uncle give 3, 000 for document chargers. And he take 1000 in pocket. And same another customer also give 3000, he take 1000.
I really shocked. Pls must action this person, “truth always live” so immediately action this peson.

With due honour, i have a request to you to stop the current ecs from 1st january 2019 from the bank. I am loan holder from your financial services from may, 2018. But now due to some problem regarding bank i can't pay the monthly instalment through bank due to some problem. So that i want to stop the regular ecs process from the bank and make the payment by hand to hand directly to your outlet. So that i shall be highly obliged if you kindly stop the ecs without disturbing the credit score.

I am not sure what sort of financial institution l&t is?? 12th november, 2018 l&t financial institution has tried to debit my ecs amount of rs 20, 085 twice. Does this sounds fair and ethical? Due to this my bank hdfc has charged me rs 590, as ach return charges as there was no sufficient balance for debiting my account twice of for an emi amount rs 20, 085.

Please justify this action and who is going to be responsible for making my account negative due to this unfair ethical action.

No. Mumhl17001235 with l&t finance, i request you to take some necessary action as i have been requesting for home loan statements n provisional interest certificates to file up for it returns, but i recieved no response from the l&t customer care either on email or on phone call.

Want to close my 2 wheeler loan in full and final settlement in the name of mr sanket khapane — loan account 3482777.

From past few days i am trying to get the statement but till date i have not recd the same from your customer executive miss anita pai from your l & t andheri office.

Even in fact my new finance co who have approved my loan i. E tata capitals has also written a mail to miss anita pai.

Miss anita pai has noted that if i pay the full amount in cash then only i will get the full and final statement of my loan.

I request you to please look into the issue and help me
