L&t Finance — Loan overdue bouncing charges

I am nagaraj. I had two wheeler loan in L&T finance from September 2021. My due date every month on 3rd and i never failed to pay after the due date which means photo this month i have paid the loan on date.last august 14th sunday they deducted Rs 826 from my account in the name of bounced charges.how and why they are deducting when I am paying without failing on my due date on 3rd..I have my bill records.there is no convincing response from their side.so please kindly do the needful as soon as possible.thanks
