[Resolved]  L&t Finance — loan payment dispute

I have taken two wheeler loan from l&t finance ltd in year 2017 vide loan ac no. 3301541. I have given pdc for the month of aug 2017 and other emi through ecs from saving bank account. All my ecs were cleared time to time from my bank account without any delay.
However l&t finance not deposited the cheque in my account for aug 2017. Sufficient balance was available for aug 2017. I have informed them time to time through email, telephone and through call centre. (Ref complain no.00931827.) also i have sent my account statement also to them. But l&t finance asking me one emi along with overdue charges. I informed them that they should officially communicate me that cheque is not deposited from their side and i should pay only emi without any overdue charges.
But till today they are not responding to my query. And because of that my cibil score score is affected showing overdue payment.
It is requested to take necessay action to solve my problem so that my cibil score can be corrected.
