[Resolved]  L&t Finance — noc after fully paid loan

Dear sir, my wife, radha devi gupta purchased a 2 wheeler from satya suzuki kanpur was financed by lnt finance. She completed her tenure timely. So i visited to branch for noc. There mr malhotra who was saying that he is branch manager will not give noc to me then i said to him then send the noc by post at wife's mailing address but he denied. When my loan is completed o 5 september 2019 then why till today my noc is not despatched to my mailing address. Plz confirm the same and revert me asap.
