Dear sir, On 12.12.2011, i had purchase a bond in the name of vijaykumar motiramji chandekar for rs. 20, 000 /- through a agent at ankleshwar, district-bharuch gujrat state - But till date, i have not received a original copy from you. Bond was purchased in the name of vijaykumar motiramji chandekar with the application no. 23906404. And cheque no. Were deposited of 784850 of state bank of india, ankleshwar ongc branch a/c no [protected] Now presently, i have been transferred to mumbai and staying at kharghar My full address is : Vijaykumar motiramji chandekar B-103, first floor, hard rock hcs Near utsav chowk, sector-07 Kharghar Navi mumbai - 410210 (M.
