L&t Finance — receiving abusive calls from l&t finance employee

We have been getting abusive calls from one of your employee since last 3 days. The person is calling on this number [protected] and abusing my family. He is calling on the secondary number and abusing there as well. The person sounds very drunk while talking.

We have taken a loan for a two wheeler and are paying it on time. The person is calling late at night and asking for money.

Today, someone from your office called us and said sorry for the caller's behaviour. But he didn't tell us the name. Still that person called today and started abusing again.

This is very harassing to us and very stressful for the entire family. Kindly look into the matter asap. We are just one step away taking legal and police action. So, please try to sort it at the earliest.

We are getting calls from this number - [protected]. He says he is from jamshedpur (Jharkhand) office. We stay in ranchi and the vehicle is purchased from ranchi only.

The said two wheeler is registered in the following name and below are the vehicle registration details.

Updated by biswaspihu Still the person is calling us and use abusive languages. He keep calling us from different different numbers. company did not take any action yet.
requesting to Kindly look into the matter asap. His is very harassing to us and very stressful for the entire family.
