[Resolved] L&t Finance — twice emi bounce charge refund | |||
Loan Number: SRTHL18000751 Name: Nikul P Vasani Mo: [protected] My l&t housing finance loan emi of rs. 17, 654 was on 7th of every month, this month it was deducted from my idbi bank account on 12/nov/18, not once but twice. One valid emi was decuct successful. but on same day, L&T housing finance present same emi to my bank. But at that time i have only 6000 in my idbi account. So, this invalid emi was bounce due to insufficient fund, and idbi bank charged me RS. 590 as emi bounce charge.Please see the screen shot of my idbi bank account statement for your reference. I talked to your customer care number (With mr. Rohit), he accepted there was a technical issue which resulted in the deduction of emi twice, hence, agreed to refund the emi bounce charge amount till 16th november 2018. But still i have not received that charge and now customer care says that they won’t refund that charge. Is this cheating with customer?? I want refund of that chargge. Worst company..
I didn't receive a notification that the EMI is going to be deducted on this date like every month but this time I didn't get any mesg. So, I thought I have paid all.
I emailed but receives no response except asking one or the other information. So, I received a call from L & T one day that we will try debit my account for an EMI, so I agreed and I kept sufficient balance in my account.
They still didn't debit on the said date but later on they debited and when I checked my account, I realized that they had already tried twice and because of failed transactions, my bank charged me 590, 530, as well as L & T 413, and 30. Still they say that they will charge ms 413 once again because of second attempt which failed.
I want to know why didn't you call me at first place and how come you charge me multiple times for your fault of not sending notification.
Just becauee of you, my bank charged me and you planned to do this, so you charged as well.
Can't you see the amount you charge??
This is too much. I am paying more than 2000 rupees for 5100 EMI.
Don't you have any common sense or concern about us paying too much.. this is our hard earn money..how can you steal this from our account..
