Complaint - they waste a lot of water. When their tank is filled the water runs uselessly everyday for more than an hour. Even after complaining to the members of this house they do not listen and are very irresponsible people. A proper complaint is very much needed. Today the water started to run on about 12:05 pm and its 1:07 pm still running and will continue to run. They now ignore the requests of closing the water tank or putting an alarm. Please look into it and take strict action.

The empty plot of land adjacent to our house has become a dumping ground of garbage and is a major health hazard for people living in the vicinity. Kindly get it cleaned because it is a potential threat to community health in the times of corona virus pandemic. The person who owns the said plot of land is paying no attention to the repeated requests made by the inhabitants of our locality to get the place cleaned. Besides, the nagar nigam authorities have also not responded to complaints regarding the same.

A neighboring house has inmates that regularly do bonfire for cooking or other purposes thus polluting the air - many times a day. I inquired at your office-zone-6 about my house tax for the year 2018-19 on 08.09.2018. I was informed that there was due for year 2017-18 also totaling rs.2727/- of 2 years. Thus i paid rs.2727/- on 08.09.2018 through cheque.
Later i came to know that i had already paid bill rs.1215/- for year 2017-18 on 17.05.2017 through cheque as per receipt no.1736928.
So i submitted a complaint enclosing 6 previous years' bills by hand on 22.7.2019 requesting to adjust excess amount around rs.1512/- in next bill of year 2019-20. The excess amount has not been adjusted in bill of year 2019-20 as yet. I am getting information of current year 2019-20 bill for rs.1350/- as due amount.
Hence, you are requested to adjust excess amount in bill of current year 2019-20 so that i do not pay again.

It can cause various diseases in our society especially when corona is spreading so fast. Corona prevention requires lot of cleanliness and if cleanliness will not be maintained in the society then it will lead to a very big problem. Prevention is better than cure so please get it cleaned.

I have also submitted written application to municipal corporation but problem is not resolved permanently, solved temporary, please arrange the sweeper and resolve the problem permanently.

I am requesting you to look into this matter immediately and take urgent steps to avoid such problem.

They are also dangerous for health issue specially for senior citizens regarding breathing problem. Nobody is catching those dog. I request to nagar nigam lucknow to kindly take it seriously and catch these dogs. These dogs are highly dangerous to people. They have biten lot of children around the colony. Street light not working due to which there is complete darkness on the street which poses threat of robbery at night and it is also inconvenient for the residents to travel t night. there is also bad condition of road which further makes important for the repairment of the street light

I am a resident of 628/s-35 shakti nagar indra nagar lucknow. Nagar nigam has appointed eco green for door to door garbage picking facility but they have made it aregular practice for not picking garbage for over 10 days in a stretch. I am very disappointed and don’t understand why nagar nigam is not taking any action against them. Moreover the customer care that is shown on net is out of order. There is no way u can contact them to resolve the situation. And yet their employees come every month to collect the fees.
