Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that i am prem prakash srivastava, resident of vishal khand 3, gomti nagar, lucknow. The park named "jugshanti" located just in front of our house was being renovated by lucknow nagar nigam long back, and construction garbage is still dumped on the side of the park.
It is been months but no pickup has arrived for clearing the dump. The site is soon going to turn into a dump yard if quick action is not taken. Also, it is leading to unsanitary conditions in the area which might lead to health hazards in the future.
Therefore i request you to take appropriate steps against this serious problem. I hope you will be kind enough to look into the matter and get the place cleaned up as early as possible.

The sewer line inside our house area is over flowing and creating mess and dirtiness around the house.
Please send any person to clean the sewer line.

We are living in saraswati puram 60ft road jankipuram extn... This is housing society but some plot holders are making godoun here which is not safe for us... I have my old mother and uncle who are 60+ and medically unfit.. If they will complete the construction so not good for our society

As a citizen of india i want to inform you that i am complaining about garbage house which is located in (Musahibganj thakurganj). Sir this garbage house is producing lots of harmful chemicals. During the time of covid_19 it is creating many bacterias. Beside the garbage house there is a park where many old people come and for them it is creating problem. Sir it creates a bad smell and many houses are located near it. Sir when the rain comes then the water fills there and many bacteria are produced. Sir please so solve this problem please sir.
I hope my problem will be solved as soon as possible.

I beg to inform you that in our locality road conditions are very bad. There are lotts of big patches on the roads and due to this many problems occurs in our town, sometimes transports are refuses to come here just because of this and during rains so much water store on the road and it causes deseases and mosquitos in this area.
I hope you will take some action to solve our problems.

I am residence of virat khand 4, behind lucknow public school gali, the wires on electric pole are still 4 types and still not converted into single system as converted another places,... Kindly register my complain and resolve this as soon as possible because we want grow trees and these wires are creating obstacles... For more information kindly contact me on [protected]..

Sir, in e 6 sector n-2 aliganj locality, two pet owners make their dog poop on front of temple name chandrashekhar mahadev mandir. On telling them not to make their dog poop in the park, they didn't listen and keep it repeating.in this park in front of temple various religious program are organised by us but now it is impossible to walk in park. Please take strict action against them. His address is e 6/7 sector n2 aliganj.

Water supply to house no 4/751& adjoining houses is disrupted /stopped since 21st may morning. I personally contacted the staff available at watertank (Tanki of sector 4) at 7.30 pm of 22nd may. They directed me to contact the responsible officers available in park opposite to post office. But no such employee/staff/ officer is available there. Accoording to staff of watertank (Sector4) there is no hope of water supply today. Please direct the responsible staff to resume the water supply /or arrange to supply the water through water tanker immediately.

Street light is dislocated after cyclone, please fix this

While going to lucknow nagar nigam site to deposite house tax online the web site says to register mobile number first. So i filled all the details required to register mobile number. But it is not registering my mobile number. Due to this reason i am unable to deposite my house tax online. Please help in registering my mobile no. So that i can deposite my house tax.

Sir in my colony park water wastage is on its peak. A man who forcibly take the keys of submersible of park opens the supply in the morning and till evening approx 9-10 hours underground water is continue flowing in the park and this will cause wastage of thousands litres of water. He will do it daily and also he washes the walls of park, walking tracks, gates and many unnecessary things. Please look into this matter and stop the wastage of water and take strict action against the man who is involved in such wastage.

For paying house tax I am not able to register my mobile number. My new I'd is 9157C07303.Please help so that I may be able to deposit house tax.

A tree in front of my house has been crushed by the roots due to storm & rain. Because of that, the full load of the tree is at my house. If the tree falls then my house will be broken, in addition, the tree will also fall on the 1100 volts of electric power. There is danger of life - goods.
Therefore, i request you to request the tree cutting at the earliest. Electricity may also come in the home and trees due to rain.

Kindly remove the dead body of the stray dog.

On 13.04.2020 i paid house tax rs 1410 (House id 9157b83348 for 2020-21) to lucknow nagar nigam by internet banking. No receipt was generated on nagar nigam portal and no message received from lucknow nagar nigam. I enquired from my bank which confirmed successful transaction of rs 1410 credited to beneficiary lucknow nagar nigam (Transaction details - igailtfda8, [protected], citrus_icoledu,[protected]. Neither receipt of money nor amount is shown on web portal under payment details of house tax. Please rectify the error & update the details on portal.

I want to bring your attention that my neighbour kept septic tank gas pipe next to my door which odouring badly and flowing inside my entire house.

Request you to please take immediate actions in this regard by putting penalty to such persons who disturb the society with their act.

I had submitted a complaint on 22.7.2019 to zone-6 for double payment of house tax alongwith supporting documents and requested to adjust the excess amount in next f. Y. But no action was taken on my complaint.
So i reminded online on 19.3.2020 under id no.2599894. Through this indian consumer complaints forum. But no action has been taken so far.
Hence, you are requested to do needful at your earliest.
