Respected sir,
I would like to request you that sweeper of our area is deliberately not cleaning one particular side of the street, she was many times requested to please clean this side also, but she always said ok and i do it today or tomorrow., but still she never clean. When we requested her to please clean this side next day still the response is same from her side. This is due to because she requested for extra charge for everything...

While putting tiles in the open area of 18/470, Indira Nagar contractor had removed all the cement covers of the drain. After a month or so, they have covered the drain but 5 covers are missing. Nagar Nigam should help in providing the covers.
I shall be thankful if someone can come and discuss as I am sick.

Dear sir,
Here i am rita mishra w/o gopi krishna mishra resident of bharat nagar sitapur road lucknow (Pincode[protected]Housenumber-537bha/627-a) want to inform u that my sewer connection is still incomplete in my locality and rest of the connections of the locality had been done. I have also complaint about this problem earlier and here again i am complaining.
Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible as it creates alot of problem. I hope u will try to understand.

The naali is choked upto at least 5 houses. The highly contaminated water is overflowing on the road and will soon enter my house. Dangerous species of mosquitoes are infesting in the choked water which are liable to cause malaria. The above mentioned conditions have really made living conditions appalling. We request quick and ample response from your side.

A sweet shop named as yadav misthan bhandar (Near jugauli rly. Crossing, vishwas khand-3, gomti nagar, lko) is running since last 3 years. There is no parking space at all in & around the shop. Customers park their vehicles on the road. There is always chaos. Due to rly. Crossing, traffic jam is very common at that place. Public fights with each due to heavy traffic jam. Kindly do the needful for smooth movement of traffic.

A streetlight was placed in a way that it threw light not in the gulley but served as a spotlight, illegally and unethically highlighting our house in Rajendra Nagar- the terrace and courtyard-- thereby infringing upon our privacy. As we are a ladies-only household, we were most inconvenienced and complained with local authorities but to no avail. Having no other option and realising the insecurity it lent our household and its members, I, Ms Archana Misra met Lucknow Mayor Sanyukta Bhatia some months back, who ordered for immediate removal of the light. In compliance with the order, the connection was cut and since then it was not switched on (though the light was not removed). However, since the past few days, the connection has been restored (who did that I do not know) and the light is again throwing our house's privacy into a shambles. As I have been critically I'll for more than a month now, and some people here think I will not be able to do anything and can just helplessly bear any 'mishappening', they think they are free to act at will, against the law and against my civil, legal and fundamental rights. I request the authorities concerned to get that light removed immediately and enquire how the Mayor's orders were overlooked.

At vastu khand no one coming to take garbage.. It's mess around my home.. Unbearable smell.. Do something it's a request. And also there is no containers to collect or we can drop waste. The garbage collection from indira nagar. Lucknow vastu khand is not taking place for the last so many days. The door to door collection is not done. The whole area is full of filthiness n vulnurable to many diseases. The private agency called eco green is very poor n does not bother to collect garbage from houses. Kindly arrange for some efficient service provider for door to door collection. How we can claim clean india campaign is done???

I live in rashmi khand sharda nagar lucknow h. No. 2/645. Neighbours on both my sides have elevated the nalla outside their house so dirty water is getting accumulated and the result of it is giving room for the mosquitoes to breed and bad and smell. Request to see arrangements are done for getting the water removed from the nalla. Water logging in nalla is not letting us come out.

I want to bring your attention to grand misuse of ground water and disposal of garbage and septic tank happening at the house of shankar, son of shri barati lal, gudian purva, sector-h, jankipuram, lucknow, land mark - located next to sugandh gynae cantre, bahind arihant hospital

-sewer tank overflowing in the in the plot causing water retention, foul smell and mosquito breeding points.

-gound water extraction using jet pump several times a day with no provision of storage. Lots of water wasted everyday.

-no provision for proper waste disposal.

The property is located next to a hospital which makes it highly dangerous for patients, causing dengue threat and other problems.

Request you to please take immediate actions in this regard

Dear sir,

We are living in sector q, aliganj lucknow, 1000+ family live in here. Lawaris aprox 20 dogs mooching around in the locality. When any children alone then 4 to 5 cover up and barking everyday. But due some cases in lucknow kendriya vidalya and balaganj lucknow 3 children suffering dog cut mutliple point, they
Bark at night which makes it more irritating.
So we request to you please solve our problem.

I the resident of colony eldeco greens, gomtinagar, lucknow wants to complain about the inconvience made by the street dogs of my colony. Due to the dogs we are unable to sleep, and do other such works. A few days back a lady was bitten very badly with the dog, and a few more incidents occurred.
I want you to look in the matter and take the dogs to the asylum.

This is to bring into your kind notice that the number of stray dogs in our streets are increasing day by day. I am aryan singh bisht who live near kharkapur railway crossing and our popular spot is kpc pet hospital and diagnostic center in gomti nagar lucknow. It's really very difficult to take our dogs out of our house for a walk and also little child are afraid of going out of the house.
So, please kindly look into the matter.

Street light (Led bulb) in front of house no. 441rn/202/051 rastogi nagar, balaganj,

Is not working and it has been going more than 10 days in spite of several complaints lodged with the concerned authorities, no action has been taken.
This is a concern area for security purpose of society, please try to understand the issue and resolve it as early as possible.

1- in ruchi khand 2 sharda nagar lko ( near on road in front of lucknow international school)where we are facing several problems due to too many street dogs on road. They disturb whole area.
2-on the other hand, nali choking is a big issue, there is no sweeper and no fogging services available in our area road and some of the near by houses had closed nali in front of there houses because of them many others are facing problems from collected dirty water in nali (no way of water to flow) and developing mosquitoes, insects, etc. Which might cause serious diseases.
I request you to please take action a.S.A.P. Before any bad happening.

I am living in indira nagar b block area near paani tanki. As you already you mosquito and insects are spreading diseases day by day. Few complaints are there. I think you should resolve it asap.
1. Streets are so dirty and sweeper comes in 4 to 5 days or only 2 times in a week.

2. Fogging machine is not coming in our area.

I request you to please look into this and have a possible solution.

There is illegal parking opposite awadh city centre cinepolis shaheed path chinhut.
Parking owner is abusing and threatening physically to collect parking charges.

Gundaraaj at peak in lucknow.

As a citizen of lucknow, i will pay the fees which is charged by lucknow nagar nigam but i am not sure this is legal parking since i was not given any slip.

Wealthy contractors are collecting parking charges where were they want.

Please take some strict action against these people.

There are some street dogs in aur locality who unnecessarily cry the whole day and disturb all the people in the society. We request you to kindly remove them and help us. The dogs have made difficult to live here and they also cry alot but if we try to remove them they run away. Help us in any way or we'll have to come to your office to solve this matter.

A tree near my house has been crushed by the roots due to rain. Because of that, the full load of the tree is at my house. If the tree falls then my house will be broken.in addition, the tree will also fall on the 440 volts of electric power. There is danger of life - goods.
Therefore, i request you to request the tree cutting at the earliest. Electricity may also come in the home and trees due to rain.
