On dated 22/7/2019 at 4;00pm, i was visited for purchasing the medicines at shop of mr. Piyush saxsena which is running in his home, during the purchasing the medicines his pet/ dog was attacked to me and bite also.
Please take necessary and very serious action against mr. Piyush saxsena resident of l-6/n-98, kursi road, aliganj, lucknow, mobile no. [protected].

Sewage attched to our house is getting overflow from last few days. I call some sewage ppl to identify the problem
Please come and resolve the problem.
I think our sewer is clean there might be the problem from someware else. Water is not geeting eaisly pass even from inside the house.
But problem was not solved.

I stay at 5/150, vineet khand, gontinagar, lucknow. The plot right next to ours, 5/151, is empty. There are lots of slums in that area. Three plots in front of our house are also occupied by slums. They are raising goats and all the waste generated by the animals has been dumped in front of our house. The people themselves have no restroom facility and dump all their fecal matter by our house.in this kind of weather it stinks a lot and is also a source of multiple infections.

I am living in khajuha near do bail mandir. Here, the cows are roaming here and there as the owner (Ram singh) use them for selling the milk to earn money and then release them to roam. There are many who are doing this bussiness o[censored]sing cow for their means. Cow's dung is scattered on the road which creates a foul smell. Especially during the rainy days people face problems to ride vehicles. The kids got hit once by a mad cow. So please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I live in tulsivihar, jalalpur, rajajipuram and collection of domestic waste in my area is very irregular. And it's nearly a month now, since they have stopped collecting the waste entirely. People are having immense trouble as they have no permanent solution for this waste problem. Do look into this issue as soon as possible.

(1) sanction new fitment of approx 10 high wattage led light assemblies on electric poles to provide sufficient light in our area.in recent past three incidents of chain snatching had occurred.
(2) carry out "recreating" of our lane of approx 1000' in length, that's due for last 6/7 years. Most of old people living use it as walking plaza and un even road hamper it badly.
(3) road and road side drain cleaning regularly to be resorted.
(4) irregular and erratic visits of garbage collector be regularised with clear instruction to pick all types of muck from houses and footpath.

Our lane may be a stretch of approx 1000', however i've been struggling with your contractor for its regular cleaning but in vain.
Problems:- lack of professionalism. Stating of insufficient menpower. Some time deputing men, that too not akin to the work, mean on 17th jul'19 a total of 6 persons were deputed to carry out the cleaning. I came to know of only when they were dispersing without doing any thing. Only on my insistance and persuasion got some cleaning of the lane by two men and by providing our own "phawadas".
Lane if cleaned daily by only one person, it will not take more then an hour, then why 6 people a day without any thought and none for days together.

Road from uthreythia to maj. Pushpendra singh dwar, raibareilly road, lucknow is badly damaged. Needs immediate high quality concrete road. This road is very important as city buses from gomti nagar to transport nagar runs on it. Also, entire eldeco colony and omaxe city residents frequently run in this road. Roadside is big nalla is flowing having no boundary wall which causes accidents.

With due respect and humble submission, i want to say that the terror of dogs are increasing day by day. Some outsider dogs also came into our society which increases the nos near about 20. As these dogs are very violent, they bark, fight and create an unhealthy environment. Some of our senoir citizens, kids and folks daily go for the walk inside the park. So there is great danger of biting, sometimes they run behind people. Day by day the conditions are becoming pathetic. Please send some dogs catcher authority, so that the numbers can be minimized and they can be transfer to some other location.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. As these situations cannot be postpone for days.
"its better to take precautions, then to wait for the accident."

My complaint is about increasing no of stray dogs in my colony. These dogs cause lots of problems such as

They excrete and make streets dirty with their poops.

They chase and bark people without any cause, they even bite small kids playing on the streets.

Some of the dogs have infections that is not healthy for our environment.

So i request you to please get rid off these street dogs.

I applied for change of name after purchase of house e4564, house id 9157a63554, zone 2, hardeen rai nagar ward (73), e block, rajaji puram, lucknow, up.

Note that i applied in the month of march 2019 and submitted all documents including affidavit. That time concern officer mr. Pawan was not present and i was told that come tomorrow. I said, no, i live in mumbai and can't come again. If any officer is not present, any other officer should take charge. No-one was aware that whether he is coming or not. What i understand, if any employee come late or absent, hr dept mark absent or late mark on masterol register. Anyway, that's internal matter of nagarnigam.
After few days when i discussed with mr. Pawan, he wanted me to present in lucknow. I said why? I have submitted all documents, why i should be there in lucknow? However, when i was in lucknow, he told me that you have submitted all documents and now i will do it within 45 days.
I was discussing with mr. Pawan, he disconnected my call. Then i approach mr. Varun nahuguna (Mob.-[protected]). He helped me a lot and ask for all documents through whatsapp. After mr. Varun guidance, i deposited payment (Fee) and the same debited on 21 may 2019 from my account.
Since that day i am continuously asking for update records, mr. Pawan is always misguiding us and giving wrong information.

In aforesaid house, my sister is residing. She is continuously going to meet mr pawan. Pawan is only giving dates and dates only. Couple of days back, my sister visited nagar nigam office (It was 5th or 6th visit) and again pawan told her that one senior lady is not present come again.

My question are ….

Why such harassment???

1) if any government officer is not present and job got dealt and delay, who is going to pay for loss of time and money both? This amount i need reimbursement from your department.

2) if your department is misguiding us, what your department will do with uneducated / poor guys.

3) reason why delay of approx 1/3 period of a year for a small job, wherein, i am continuously in touch with pawan, nagar nigam officer (Mob. [protected])

4) indirectly your department is passing a message that instead of waisting customer time and money, give some money to them and get the job done, isn't???

5) now a days, in electronic era, it should not take a week period after fee credited in nagar nigam account.

6) i am willing to know reasons why huge delay, offcourse in writing so that i will forward this to other concern department for future improvement in your system dept so that other customer should not suffer.

In mod galaxy city society there is water lodging in different part which cause mosquito... Builder remove soil of many part where also water dump cause mosquito and many other disease.. Water lodging cause dengue malaria, cholera which is serious problem for public.. Swachh bharat mission not fulfill if water dump these type in public area... Please solve as early as possible

In pakariya wali gali we felt sewage overflow from last 8 days and called at given number but action was not taken till today ie 12july2019. Sir we are facing a lot of problem due to sewar overflow. Please take immediate action to resolve the problem.

I m the resident of alambagh guru nanak nagar, lucknow
The daily vehicle for collecting garbage from door to door come once in a week or i should say don't come for weeks.
As now from past 2weeks he has not come
My house is full of garbage at this point.
Constantly calling to the driver and the nagar nigam office but yet no action is been taken from the side.
Please help me the this problem

Door to door garbage collection in B block rajajipuram is not regular. The vehicle comes after a gap of 4 to 5 days. On complain to the driver, she says, "I will not come for 10 days, its my wish". She also says, "50 rupay mei khareed liya hai kya". If this is the attitude of the garbage collection party, then who is responsible. So much for Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan. Please resolve this issue.

In my locality behind basco college of management, badsahkhera, amrairoad, takrohi, (Just beind ramdularey nagar) having more than 15 houses, but till now there is no drain. We are paying house taxes also. No road and no drainage.in this monsoon season rain water filled on kutchha road. Garbage and dirty house water spreading around the locality. Causing diseases.
Hence you requested pl. Arrange to provide drainage for exhaust of dirty home water of our locality. Sever line passes near the colony.
Hope you will take action as early as possible.

On 10/7/2019 at 11:00 am the road us automatically dumping and due to heavy rain it is dangerous to live near that and now the road has become like a well and the water which is under that it is dangerous for our house so please sir i am requesting u to help us
