It is to inform you that i am an resident of 602 shekhupura colony aliganj lucknow. Here maximum local residents have blocked the water drainage system due to which rain water gets stored near other houses and gets into the houses. People are regularly fighting with each other with no resolution to it. Even its getting in to my house every time and we feel helpless at that time. Please 🙏 resolve this issue in my location. I will wait for next 2 days for something to be done from your end and on no action. I will share this screen shot by lodging grievance to cm office and pmo. Hope you will take a quick action so that we can live our lifes without hassle and this water drainage related harassment.

Gokhale Vihar Marg is a narrow lane in between wazir Hasan Road and Gokale Marg. Some houses of this lane are let out for commercial activities. The employees and visitors of these activities park their vehicles on road-side and the difficulty is when they park in front of the gate and in emergency it is difficult to trace them out. Myself is 89 yrs old and my wife is a cancer patient of 81 yrs age. Any time we need to visit a Doctor. But if someone has parked his vehicle in front of the gate we cannot take out our vehicle outside. Several time in emergency, we dial No 100 for police help. Police were helpful in tracing the car owner and get it removed from in front of the gate. It is not feasible every time to take police help.
Also, in some bigger happenings where fire- brigade and ambulances are required; these cannot be communicated to the accident site due to road-side parking.
It is my humble request kindly to take some appropriate action in this regard.

A tree near my house has been crushed by the roots due to rain. Because of that, the full load of the tree is at my house. If the tree falls then my house will be broken.in addition, the tree will also fall on the 1100 volts of electric power. There is danger of life - goods.
Therefore, i request you to request the tree cutting at the earliest. Electricity may also come in the home and trees due to rain.

Hello, This is Deepti Chauhan lives in mohan market, Vikram nagar, manak nagar Lucknow near new Montessori school. in our area, no one is coming on regular basis to collect garbage. They comes once in 4-5 days as per his wish. We asked so many times why you people don't come then they reply " we have lot more work" we will come whenever we have time. I mean how can they say like that, while they collect monthly amount from us inspite of their salary. Kindly arrange to correct the same because people are compelled to throw garbage outside till garbage collectors will be absent most of the time.

This is to inform you no one is coming to collect garbage from my lane. I am living in 708 a, sector m, ashiyana colony, lucknow. Sir, some are coming to collect garbage from there sector but not in mine. I have told them. To come this side but they are taking it lightly and not responding. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

Sir, 1. We resident of sahara estate road near spencer's janki puran wish to say that safai karmchari road par jharu regular nahi lagati hai, road par kisi ki maurang ka bada dher laga hai jo road par pani ke pravah ko rokta hai.

2. Spencer sahara state road ke samne grahakon ki gadiyan betarib busy hours me khari ki jaati hai jisse yatayat me atyadhik avarodh hota hai kya yah stand hai, yadi nahi to kripaya uchit karyawahi kare.

The person assigned for eco green door to door garbage collection in ashiyana colony, sector m, comes 2 to 3 times a month, he hasn't showed up from past two weeks, when questioned, he acts irresponsible. My address is m 570 sector m ashiyana colony, kanpur road, lucknow. Please look into this and improve the system of garbage collection.

My address is c-856 sector-c mahanagar lko. The water drainage system is not proper. After every rain the drainage gets choked. This area is just at the back of sbi mahanagar. Many resident of this area have covered the outer drainage line which is also a cause of concern.

I would request all o[censored] to see this matter asap and resolve the issue asap.

I am resident of e-d1/827, lda colony, kanpur road,. Vidyawati ward, zone 8, lucknow. The services being provided by eco green energy agency for door to door waste collection is very poor. The personnel appointed by the agency do not come to collect the waste for many days or some times for weeks to gather. Making complaints with the concerned authorities like zonal officer, sanitary inspector or incharge etc. Also do not provide any fruitful result. They even do not respond on mobile when ever called. The situation has become worst. Besides the roads are also not cleaned for weeks to gather. There are chances of diseases in the area because of such dirty location. The matter needs to be taken care of immediately in order to avoid any unhappy situation.

The road in gaurav vihar colony, chinhat is in a very bad condition.

The road was destroyed to lay down the sewer pipes but never got repaired. This was many years ago and to date, nothing has been done to build it again.in the monsoons, large pits fill up with water and the people trying to cross it face accidents.

We would request you to kindly get the road repaired asap.

I am regular house tax payer of fully all members of radhapuram colony but not good condition of all roads connect to my colony please follow my complain as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
The ecogreen garbage collection people who visits houses to houses dump their garbage in our colony which was a plain land and looking forward to it other people too dump their garbage there. And a lot of garbage gets collected there which rots and smells very very bad. And this is the monsoon season so it smells more badly. After a week the jcb machine comes and collects the garbage, but then again the same thing happens that the garbage is being dumped there. When the machine collects the garbage it takes the ground soil with it too and this has created a hole in the ground and when it rains the water gets collected there and the garbage too which spreads around the road during rain and creates a problem for people passing by. It smells and it causes diseases as well. The dengue mosquitoes gets birth which is very harmful for everyone.
We've also submitted our complain to our councillor many a times but then too no action is being taken on this issue. This is creating a dirt day by day in our colony. The children in our colony are unable to play outside despite being a park over there.

It's a humble request to you to take some action on this issue as soon as possible.

मैं सहारा स्टेट जानकीपुरम के पीछे कृष्णा विहार कॉलोनी से हूं। हाल ही में हमारी कॉलोनी में सड़क निर्माण का काम अप्रैल के अंतिम सप्ताह में शुरू किया गया है, लेकिन दो महीने के काम के बाद अपने काम में कांट्रेक्टर की कमी के कारण बहुत बदतर स्थिति है। दो महीने के निर्माण कार्य के बाद केवल साइड वाटर पास किया गया है और कुछ सीवरेज ढक्कन ही किए गए हैं जो बहुत खराब गुणवत्ता के हैं। मैं आपसे अधिकारियों से अनुरोध करता हूं कि वे कम से कम ठेकेदार से बात करें और उसे काम पूरा करने को कहें क्योंकि बारिश के बाद कॉलोनी के हर नागरिक के लिए रास्ता बहुत समस्याग्रस्त हो जाता है और रोजाना किसी न किसी तरह से बाइक फिसलती रहती है। बच्चे भी दो से तीन बार गिरते हैं। दैनिक आधार पर। कृपया इस मामले को देखें और कार्य की गुणवत्ता और प्रगति की जांच करने के लिए विभाग से किसी को नियुक्त करें और किए गए कार्य की जांच करें. हम आपके और आपके विभाग के लिए बहुत आभारी होंगे।

सफाई कर्मी हफ्ते दो हफ्ते में एक दिन आता है और थोड़ी नाली साफ़ कर कूड़ा वही छोड़ देता है जो बाद में वाहनों और बारिश के कारन फिर से नाली में भर जाता है जो जल भराव, गन्दगी और बदबू का कारण बन जाता है। इस बारे में उससे कहने पर वह कहता है "ये मेरा काम नही है जो करना है कर लो" । यहाँ पर dustbin भी नहीं रखा गया है। अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है की इस विषय पर शीघ्र उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें। धन्यवाद्!

There is this guy bothering me, he is a municipal worker picks up trash every morning, he pick up trash near irfania madarsa, hes fcn piece of #, harassing me, there shud be straight up complaint section just for these kind of people and necessary actions should be taken for harassing and bothering locals. Please take aome necessary action against this guy

With due respect i want to share that since 2 months we resident of aishbagh road, motijheel, lucknow facing too much trouble because there are no sweepers to pick the garbage from our houses. Everyone is throwing up the garbage in motijheel which is very dangerous for our health.
So i request you to come and visit the pathetic situation of motijheel and send sweepers on urgent basis for pickup of domestic garbage.
Please please do the needful and cleaning of motijheel is very essential because condition is very worst.
Kindly resolve the issue.
Cleaning of motijheel and regular sweepers are required.

There is no road made in sector m ashiana colony near our vicinity. All other roads are made except our lane and 2 other lanes. Please do the needful and do something. We have complainant times to the local authority and other concern people but no action has been taken. I request you to please do something as other roads in same sector are made by nagar nigam but only our lane and few lanes are left

Few days back there was construction work going on regards the underground electricity pipelining and all the mud was dug out from the ground and it's still kept there only due to which all the residents are having inconvenience in walking pulling out their vehicles and leading to traffic jam please remove the mud and garbage as soon as possible or else we would have to this complaint to the higher authorities. Keep the city clean
