Dear sir/madam
We are residing at madiyaon krishna lok colony.. The sewer drainage is completely blocked in this colony. No proper drainage system, even roads are encroached and damaged. Sewer water over flow on the road. Its affecting children s health. No park in this area so children play outside of the home which is not hygienic at all for them. Few people died due to vulnerable diseases spread because of the chocked drainage system.
We complained so many time to parshad but we got nothing in result.
Please we will be grateful if this issue will be solved with the sincere effort of present mayor and her team.

We, the residents of sector 15, Indira nagar are receiving dirty water since yesterday, 18the July, 2018. The water is dirty with sewer like smell. It seems lije somewhere in the supply line there's leakage of sewer line so water is contaminated. Kindly do something about this immediately, otherwise many o[censored]s would fall sick.

Sir,
In our colony their are more than 50 dogs.
Whenever any innocent child, adult or senior citizen pass they shout heavily and sometimes attack us. They keep sitting admist the road controlling the way. Veichels, after giving horn also have to pass the road with difficulty because they almost create a fence. If any pedestrian passes he fear the dogs. At night they shout cry & bark heavily (Loudly) w, we are sometimes unable to sleep. Hence i request you to get us rid of these dogs.

I am a resident of c-1/293 sector h, lda colony, kanpur road, lucknow. It seems that there is a sewer line blockage as human waste is not passing through the commode. Some time reverse flow of water is also seen. It becomes difficult to reside there due to bad smell. Kindly arrange to clean through tanker by sucking the garbage from sewer line.

The street lights of sec. J ashiana colony, kanpur road scheme, lucknow are remain on from 21.07.18 evening til now and i think either the person responsible to manage the street lights is not coming or the switch board of the street light is not functioning.
As such pl. Do the needful to save power and costly led bulbs of the poles. Thanks.

This to inform you the switch board of street light is not working at C-/1/387 sector--G Jankipuram lucknow, we have severally complaint about this that in the rainy season the current will pass in the poll it might be mis-happenin.

Hence we request please make a permanent ON/OFF swich board of street light.

In the area of hasan puria, sadatganj (landmark near hawa mahal), here seems to be blockage of sewage as during rains of water oozes out in the toilet and also the drains pipes gets blocked which results in collection of water inside the school. The manholes looks chocked and blocked due to which the water is not getting rushed through manholes pipes. The drain channels is chocked as there is no link between man holes and drain channels.

I am a resident of Aliganj Lucknow.Today the garbage collector asked me pay Rs 100/- as payment towards garbage collection. He gave me 2 blank receipts with Rs 50/- printed in one corner other details were not entered, no signatures were there. On asking, he said this is what is given . No contact no .was mentioned. He is also not very regular. Kindly let me know what amount has to be paid monthly and what should be written on the receipts. It appeared that there is some thing wrong somewhere . I want to understand the process of payment

A dead body a dog is lying in front of 2/161, vikalpkhand gomtinagar lucknow,
kindly remive this as soon as possible as its smell is disturbing the whole locality.Stench coming out of the body is likely to spread some serious disease to the people living in residential area nearby.
Necessary action needs to be taken at the earliest to remove it to prevent people falling sick on this ground. Matter has already been reported at complaints cell of lucknow nagar nigam.

From yesterday two dead bodies of dogs were lying on the road near by house number 1/140 to 1/147 in vikalp khand, near Lek hospital, kathuta jheel, as someone hit them badly.
I dont have photo of them as i was passing by that road.
Please look imto the matter and clear there dead bodies of two as soon as possible.

कैलाश यादव पार्क, पलटन छावनी में पिछले 1 माह से कूड़ा नही उठ रहा है बारिश के कारड कूड़ा सड़ रहा है। लोगो का उस पार्क के पास से निकलना बहुत ही दूभर हो गया हैं। साथ ही बीमारियों के फलने का खतरा भी बढ़ गया है। नालिया भरी है पत्थर टूटे हुए हैं। जिससे कोई भी अप्रिय घटना घट सकती हैं कृपया इस समस्या का उचित निस्तारड़ करे ।

Sir,
My house is located on main road going to khurram nagar village from rahim nagar side and turning opposit to sadab colony.Road side drain constructed upto mandir situated on bank of kukrail from khurram nagar village.Drain from picknic spot road side upto same mandir left unrepair/unconstructed on same road.Because of it drain overflow on main road of colony and damage the road also, on enquire, related person told that contract was upto that point only.

You are as such requested to arrange visit of concerned engineer and get it repair/reconstruct to facilitate the drain water through the drain only giving ugly look to road and colony both . It is beyond understanding that why it is ignord upto this extent where as our city is in the race of top smart cities.

Water tax for year[protected] has already been paid in year 2018 by receipt number 045 and the bill has again been received on 5th of july amounting to ₹10292 by jal kal vibhaag nagar nigam, zone - balaganj vi jal kal vibaag. So kindly please look forward for the issues and if there are such problems arising you should already check it before sending the water tax bill

This is in reference to captioned subject...sewage extracted from manehole s from house no 116 to 121 in Vinamra Khand 1 Gomtinagar Lucknow has been left as it is. Requesting to arrange to shift/lift these sewage from this place to any other dumping place.

विषय: मैं शिव रतन सिंह निवासी प्रेम नगर कुम्हार गली 569918 का निवासी हूँजहाँ कि आठ मकानों के सामने लगभग 15 दिनों से 6 से 8 इंच भरा रहता हैपानी में काई पड चुकी है तथा मच्छरों का भी तैरना प्रारम्भ हो गया है जिससे की संक्रमित रोग होने की सम्भावना हो सकती हैपानी से बदबू आने लगी हैनगर निगम का कोई भी कर्मचारी ड्रेन में फन्टी डालकर सफाई नही कर रहा है तथा सफाई के लिय़े सेनेटरी इंसपेक्टर व सफाई को काॅल कर के बिफल हो चुका हुँ। इससे पहले इसकी सफाई दिसमबर 2017 में मेयर से मिलने पर इसी सुपरवाइजर सुशील ने कराई थी। लेकिन अब नहीं करा रहा हैअब कार्य को सभासद पर टाल देता हैअतः माननीय योगी जी से विनम्र अनुरोध हैकि नगर आयुक्त को निर्देश देकर तुरन्त नगर निगम जोनल अधिकारी द्वारा कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करेताकि यहाँ कि जनता संक्रमण से बच सकें आपकी महान कृपा होगी।

कुछ कराये, छोटे बच्चों को स्कूल जाने मेें बहुत असुविधा होती है 6 इंच पानी में पिलकर जाना पड़ता है।

मान्यवर सफाई को देखते हूये लगता है लखनऊ राजधानी नहीं बल्कि इक पिछड़ा हुआ गाँव है।

जिसमें दो महीने से पानी भरा है लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं है।
बदबू आती है तथा रोग फैलने की पूरी संम्भावनाये है, ।

There is an illegal ka badi wala who has set up his business in front of dashmesh apartments sarojini naidu marg lucknow. He is spreading waste on road like anything and upon being said not to litter waste misbehaves with people. The police is hands in gloves with him. This is highly observed that coaching institutes and other colleges in order to gear up their promotional activities are using wrong steps as mentioned:

1. They are sticking bills on the divider of the roads due to which it becomes unclear to see many times while driving and prone to accident. (Especially in night)

2. These bills and posters when becomes few old, they just fly on the roads and again creates problem while driving.

3. These activities from the coaching institutes and others for their promotion is also destroying the cleanliness of our city, it looks very bad that we are in lucknow — the nawas shar

A dead cat is lying since today morning in the lane opposite to Madhuban Guest House, Garden Road, Bara Chandanj, Lucknow - PIN 226024.
It is stinking and creating a lot of inconvenience to the residents and passers by. This could cause a health hazard if not removed immediately.

Dustbins are full infront of my shop, and garbage is fully loaded, but no one care about this. Garbage is lying all around the bins, but garbage is not picked up by nagar nigam officials. Everyone is in trouble, and leave the situation as it is because they say ' ye to sarkari kaam hai koi nahi sunega'.

So i just need this area to be cleared asap.

Vibhav khand-1, Gomtinagar mai kude wala diapers n sanitary pads nahi lekr jata hai...even ghar ke gate pr ye rakh ke chala jata hai...aur Ho hamare bolne Pr kuda Nahi le Jane ka kehta..aur regular bhi Nahi aata kuda lene...
