I was parking my car since october 2016 in jhandi park, lalbaug (In front of nagar nigam). My monthly pass has not been renewed this time. I am working in govt bank in sultanpur dist. And i need to park my car for full day in working days. It has also been seen that the car parking pass of some powerful persons have been renewed. Why the rules are not same for all? If g. O. Has been issued then rule must be applied to all. I feel full scruitiny...

One led street light is missing on the pole at one corner of the park in front of my house. Due to that people facing so many difficulties because the street is not in good condition so there is also a chance of an accident in the night. It is not good for our society people.
So i request you to solve this problem by providing one led light as soon as possible.

Hello sir/madam,

We have been asking the sweeper guys to do it at least twice a week but then also they are not coming timely.
There have no regular sweep work been performed by either by sweeper nor by the instructions given by their supervisor.
I have attached the photos of the garbage for the same. If this is not taken into consideration i need to move to next level.
This has been done from a a month and more. And we are requesting them they also its not been done. I have attached pics from last 1 week.

This is w. R. T. My complain dtd 22/02/2018 & 21/03/2018 related to urines flowing in the drain in front of my house no.1/38, vikas khand, gomtinagar, lko & construction of speed breaker.
The complain appear to be referred to the zonal officer. The site has been inspected by him.
While the situation being extremely grave & unhygenic, the delay in execution of remedial action is compelling me to block the flow till concrete solution is emerged.
In view of above, i would request to pls expedite the matter for its remedial action on top priority.

I lives in savitri enclave naryanpuri road behind yatayat park indralok coloney krishna nagar kanpur.
This area is coverd by sarojani nagar vidhan sabha conscitency smt swati singh, mla. There is no road, sweage and street light available by the state govt.
All citizen of this area are supported and voted to bjp member smt swati singh ji. Sabhasad virbal says many times prepare the estimate by the nigam but this area is not devoleped..
I humble request sir pl devlop this area.

I am residing in house no 590-i/1653 ka at indra puri colony,. Pancham khera road, near sgpgi since last 5yrs and paying house tax.
Mr ramjan started picking garbages from our houses inmarch 2918 but after 7 days he left and never came back.
He collected rs 50 from me and other houses of the colony.
Matter was brought to the knowledge. Of mr veer bahadur and mr nikhil by me personally.
All in vein. No action taken till date.
May i request the concerned official to take appropriate step to address the problem.

Dear sir
We resident of vikas nager sector 1. House no 1/47. For the last 15 days we are not getting water supply. Hardly 1 hr that too in late night they give water and today till now no water supplied.
Several times we requested water man but he also not able to help he said the pump are not giving sufficient water.
We are senior citizen and unable to run to yr office. Some time we purchased water bottle.
We only need better water supply and electric supply. That why we always support bjp government.
Pl do urgent remedy.

Sir the street light in my area is not working since last few months, this street light help a lot of passerby and the residents in the night time and without it people are suffering from lot of difficulties as it’s the only in the lane. Kindly request you to look into this and help in resolving the issue. Looking forward to a positive response.

A vikram 3 wheeler in maidan l. H. Khan, (Ward kalbe abid 1) is occupied 60% of govt.. Road near about 2.5 months…
The problem is
1. There is too much road jam because the road is only 12 ft wide.
2. Drainage system is also disturb due to not cleaning by the safai karmchari of nagar nigam, his problem is — one wheel of the taxi is in the drain,

So the sanitation problem and road jam problem both are due to the vehicle and no one is claiming for the ownership of it.
So, please do needful in this connection.

Hamare water supply connection me road par khudai hone ke baad se pani nahin aa raha hai. Aisa lagta hai ki sadak khudai ke douran mere water connection ka main pipe line se sampark toot gaya hai. I am a resident of seemant nagar behind raghuwansh hospital near macqualey tempo stand, kanchna bihari marg, kalyanpur. Here is a illegal dairy in my colony which is the cause of thousands of mosquito in our area. They drains everything in our drainage causes lots of bad smell and mosquitoes. So please do something about it. We will be thankful to you.

We, the residents of (Golden city, campbell road, lucknow) would like to draw kind attention towards the poor condition of lights in our region, their has been work in progress for sewage connection before couple of days ago due to work large numbers of pits and dump are on street, the street turn into all most exceedingly terrible in evening and night which causes streets accident. Majority of street lights are not working, so kindly repair or replace the street lights. Thank you

A dead body of animal, possibly of a dog, is lying since long in a drain near 3/262, vikalp khand, gomtinagar, lucknow. Stench coming out of the body is likely to spread some serious disease to the people living in residential area nearby.
Necessary action needs to be taken at the earliest to remove it to prevent people falling sick on this ground. Matter has already been reported at complaints cell of lucknow nagar nigam.

From last two month nagar nigam started collection of domestic waste door to door, in our lane also in sector11 indira nagar, but suddenly it is stopped from one weak.
Earlier there was a system for collection by some sweeper privetly but that was stopped by nagar nigam promising by a monthly charges of rs 50/- eco green will make arrangement on daily basis but after collecting payment on 17/3/2018, no one turn up in lane of house...

Subhani khera - mohari bagh link road, distance approx 1 km and subhani khera - bengali tola, distance approx 300 mtrs is in a badly damaged condition with many pot holes. Thousands of vehicles ply on these roads daily because of connecting large populace of interior ward area to city. Due to bad state of the road the public is badly suffering for quite a long time.

In view of the above facts, your attention is drawn for immediate remedial measures by repairing action please.

Today early in the morning group of dogs came and one has biten me badly. Now it is becoming very difficult for me to walk and for us to move as it is very unsafe to live in the streets of lko as there are tremendous amout of dogs. Pls take my complaint seriously. Pls remove these harmful dogs from nazar bagh lko pls take some steps for our safety. Please help us sir to get off from this issue. As the number of dogs in our colony are increasining day by day and it is becoming pathetic for us to survive. Please refer to this matter seriously the dogs has injured me badly and now i have to take leaves and only rest as the dog has left no option for me. Just remove all the dogs as there teeths are so grind and sharp it can injure anyone anywhere in lucknow. Nowadays we have big groups of dogs hanging together all across lucknow. Please collect all the dogs and dopisit them on one place so that we can live safely. Its a humble request please take care o[censored]s sir please!!!

In our locality vishal khand-1, gomtinagar, four led street lights were fitted around 15 days back. But only two out of four are in woking condition.
It is requested to kindly get the two street lights which are not in working condition repaired as soon as possible.
