    Street light came down and broke in the storm that came in this month. New Street light needs to be placed on the pole in front of my house.

        I have lodged a complaint on 13.10.2021 on customer care number [protected] and complaint number is [protected]. Some person visited to my house to resolve the problem but they have not resolve the problem till date. We are facing very unhealthy atmosphere due to bad smell. Please arrange to clean the sewer on urgent basis.

        Updated by sum1969         Sewer is still not cleared. Sewer Water is flowing in Rain water nali. We are fed up with bad smell of sewer. I got a call from [protected] on 17.10.2021 at 1:54 P.M. that my complaint has resolved. But still Sewer is not cleaned

        Sewer is still not cleared. Sewer Water is flowing in Rain water nali. We are fed up with bad smell of sewer. I got a call from SUEZ on 25.05.2021 at 3:00 P.M. that my complaint has resolved. But still Sewer is not cleaned after some time again complaint [protected] but SUEZ went to see Employee, he said that my work is not there while 2 meter have deep swearer or drain I do not Know,

                    Respected Sir,

                    This is to inform you that the orientation of street light outside house MM 299, Sector-D, Aliganj, Lucknow 226024, is very incorrect and it is not covering dark spot on other side of road. The other side of road is an intersection of two roads which has negligible lighting which could be fixed if the orientation of the above light becomes vertically downwards and not the horizontal way it is right now. The current orientation also causes distress among some residents .

                    I also request you to centrally connect the street light with your system and not manual; as the manual switch has been installed inside the MM299 house and the street light most of the times is lit up all day long.
                    Please do the needful at the earliest.
