In sector 'k' Aliganj, supply of water is very irregular. In the morning at 5:45am water supply was cut and since morning water didn't come, it was coming by 3pm . Due to this unusual thing our whole day get wasted, I'm a student and after returning from the school I had to wait for 3 hours to take bath, it's important due to pandemic, can't walk in house like that after coming from outside.Whole shedule get disturbed because of this can't study properly because after wasting 3hours I really get tired and it kill the enthusiasm of studying
Please do the needful.

Since past month we're facing acute water shortage. More air & mud than water is supplied. Supply pipes too are ancient. This is main road. Prime location - Jagat Narain Road/Kaiserbagh Bus Station area. Not interiors of old Lucknow.

We've been paying bills regularly including the arbitrary restrospective hike they did a few yrs ago. Despite this, there's no hearing for the matter. Officer's approach is casual "jab Gomti ka pani clear hoga tab regular supply milegi" one can either bang their heads or laugh at such unprofessional response!!

We're being forced to buy water by tankers for daily use. It's almost a situation where the state is unable to fulfill it's responsibility and thus is pushing people to install borewells in their premises (& make more money via charges, fines and whatnot).

On top of this we're being billed for sewer charge, which is not even existing on our road. There's no hearing for that either. They wont accept bill payments if one deducts this charge from the billed amount "aap uppar baat kijiye. Bill pur jama kijiye warna agle saal interest lag jayega"

When we complain of old pipes they ask us to get it done at our own cost by submitting road cutting charges to LNN - which I've been told are exorbitant. Not even exploring this option.

Being an ordinary citizen, Ive tried reaching the Mayor, MLA and MP through social media. No response.

Helpline numbers listed on this site do not exist.

Do we exist only to pay arbitrary bills? Does the state/LNN not have a responsibility to provide the basics for sustainace of life. If we don't exist who'll pay their arbitrary bills? No wonder a large number of people don't pay water tax. Situation is pathetic.

Choked Sewer Drainage Line and consequent leakage from Sewer Chamber, in front of my house, just outside the house of Mr RC Saxena, E-2/336, Sector-F, Jankipuram, Lucknow

Leakage from Sewer chamber normally occurs daily in the mid morning. This leakage from the chamber as a result of sewer overflow, evidently indicates choking of the sewer line. This stinks all day, causing lot of problem and inconvinience besides posing a serious health hazard to we, the senior citizens.

Request your kind attention for its immediate redressal, considering the pandemic and Dengue menace.

In Gomti nagar extension near Gayatri Shakti peeth, lakshmi market approx 100m area facing water logging problem is observed from many months but authorities are not solving this problem.Daily traveller's face several issues from passing that dirty water logged area and minor accidents also happened in that area due to that.Waste water from houses directly flowing over that region is also responsible for several diseases like dengue malaria etc.Condition is so much worse that bikes and cycles are using the foot path area and due to this people are unable to walk also from that side.So please I request on behalf of all the citizens of this area facing this serious problem to resolve this issue.Thanks

Dear sir this is to inform you that my back to back request from cleaner of nagar nigam he is not coming to collect waste on our main highway road of the city which is very shameful people are littering the waste on main road.
I request you to ask them and help us to make city clean even I am ready to pay extra charges for this.
