After seeing the promotional page on instagram mentioned as luxury_juction_lj, i have contacted the seller @ [protected] and asked for 2 products i. E. A shirt and a goggles, the seller confirmed to pay rs 2198 on whatsaap (On the same no) i have paid the whole amount as advance on 19jan but since than the party is not picking my calls by today he has not confirmed anything about the dispatch as well. His contact no is [protected], he has committed to refund the amount but not done anything so far. I have one voice note of him available where i have recorded his assurance as well. It is a kind of harassment, i am feeling and having a strong idea to take the call. Thais why i am posting my issue, its instagram page is as luxury_junction_lj where he has 90k followers, i tried to contact him there as well but he blocked me there, it shows that the company is nothing more than fraud. I order one nike max zoom shoes but the size was too big and the quality of the shies were also very bad. When i called the guy he said he wilo do the exchange but now he is not doing and i have paid for the order of 3000 rupees. He is a fraud and cheats people. Kindly catch ahold of this guy. And complaint against police.

Same bad experince with me i have ordered a tshirt order idOrder id [protected]. But even after repeated request he is not exchanging the size, not picking up may call & not repsonding to messages. Its a fraud.

These guys are such a scamsters... they will loot your money...unfortunately they are using branded platforms like shop101 to dump their products. what you order and what you receive is no where comparable...

consumer court should take serious action on these frauds

Please do not order from Luxury Junction Surat. He’s fraudulent seller. I placed a prepaid order of shoes for ₹4200 and the seller sent me completely different shoes. After atleast messaging for 3 days non stop seller bothered to reply and told me to ship the parcel back. It’s been more than a week now my parcel is delivered back to seller but as expected the seller is not responding now. He has taken the money and the shoes as well which were delivered incorrectly and didn’t sent me the correct shoes .I’ve been trying to reach out but there’s no response and I don’t even expect it now. Please don’t order from them. Most of the pictures of his link are fake. You will never get the same product.
