I have bought a plot of 160 sq yds and have paid 1.60lacs to mtech. Since then there has been no communication from the builder and also nothing is moving. I came to know that the builder is not repaying back. How can i Get refund of my money. Plz suggest. My id is [protected]@yahoo.com.
