Ordered books online. Pre paid for the order online. They said it was dispatched, but no tracking nos. were updated on their website. I kept calling them for the tracking no. They even answered the phone a few times and made it seem that they're legit and only having logistics issues. Then they said the order was infact not dispatched on the date mentioned on THEIR OWN website, due to shortage of stocks and that it will be dispatched and reach me within a few days. Finally after a lof of pestering they shared a tracking number with me which was completely fake and did not exist.
Which led me to believe that they are definitely running a scam. They have now blocked me on WhatsApp. And there's no other point of contact.
Do not fall for this!!

There are discrepancies in their logistics and website updates do not match real time happenings. I'm just happy I didn't lose my money.
