I don't know where to put the position reviews in the website so I am putting here.
I got a combo delivery in a brand new copies thank u madrasshoppe.

I have not received my order yet, placed on 4th of March'23 while today is 18th of March'23
These guys only sent the order on 14th of March, all this while lying to me about the status of my order.
Very Poor Service When I ordered I was informed that I'll get the order within a week that too on mail.
It has been 15 days and still no sign of any kind of delivery.
I was promised something and still it is not fulfilled.
These guys have wasted my time and energy over this simple delivery that they only put out an ad on Google.
On top of it, I do not get any reply from your end. Either they are quite stubborn about being ignorant of their customers or this is the only way that these guys do business.
STRONG RECOMMEND ABSTAINING FROM MADRAS SHOPPE. IT'S FAKE

I had ordered a harry potter books full series paying 1200 Rs, when I received the product i found it to be fake, since the book quality and the print is of very low quality. They cheat people with fake products. I have asked for refund but again if they agree they may ask me to ship it back which is a waste of time. People but from genuine site like Amazon or Flipkart where you can demand money back incase if such issue. Please don't get cheated i feel embarassing to tell my son this is fake.Hope i buy him original products in future

I ordered a book on December 2nd and still the book is not received. Eventhough we contact regarding the delivery they are replying as expected.
First time when I contacted they said due to low stock there is a delay and not worry. But the delivery date exceeded nearly more than a week.
Asked them if that book have low stock and not able to deliver on expected date then cancel the order and transfer the amount. Still now no update from them regarding this.

I ordered a book worth 390 Rs but I didn't recieved my product and it has already been more than 10 days

Ordered a book from the site madrasshoppe for the second time for a book. The first time I ordered I received the book I ordered for. The second time that is for the order I placed on October 31st and paid for haven't been received nor am I getting replies on my complaints to their given numbers and emails. I hope their site gets taken down.

Ordered a book earlier and got it delivered. So, thought to get one more. That's the problem now. There is no cancel button and no mobile number provided to reach out. The status is received payment for past 20 days. The is no reply for the mail also.

I ordered a book online to this company on 6 October 2022 and paid Rs 550 by paytm from mobile number [protected]. Aspected delivery date was 26 October 22.I track the order on their website. Status shows “ Awaiting sellers confirmation “ Till today there’s no response to the email or chat on given numbers.

Order NR-075539 for 3 medical books placed on 20th Sep. Still one book to be received, no one from the site is either bothering to respond or to refund the money already paid in advance

I haven't received the order yet. I had ordered a book, named Leadership, by Henry Kissinger, on 11/09/2022. It is still showing, "Order processing". Didn't know that Madrasshoppe is such a big scam.

There is no response for my messages.

I order books on 8th August. Today 16th August. Till now I have not yet received the books. Will they send it? Or its a fraudulent website to steal money.? There is no contact number to reach to the customer care also.

I have ordered a book dated 08/11/2022 but yet when tracked it is still not packed. Today the date is 15.08.22. I have complained them about it in whatsapp, no response.

In madrasshoppe website i ordered a book worth 500, at 8/3/22.but there is no response after that

I made an order and I haven't received it. It has been a very long time.

Ordered books online. Pre paid for the order online. They said it was dispatched, but no tracking nos. were updated on their website. I kept calling them for the tracking no. They even answered the phone a few times and made it seem that they're legit and only having logistics issues. Then they said the order was infact not dispatched on the date mentioned on THEIR OWN website, due to shortage of stocks and that it will be dispatched and...

I Had been constantly trying to contact their store regarding an order I placed for multiple days, they told me that the order was not in stock and were acquiring from another seller, however they did not give me any other information and cancelled my order and are not responding me for my queries on my refund

I ordered a book on 7th July '22 and it hasn't been shipped yet. The order is prepaid. The seller isn't responding to any source of contact.

Madras shoppe took rs 1799/-for my order. Didnt didpatch my order or didnt refund my money

This is a fake website ...in the name of selling books ...they take payments later on
No staus about tracking details...no customer care service
Kindly arrest these people who is running this fake website

Plz give me my refund of order no. NR-066733. As its one month over of i had placed my order .

I have placed an order for two books on https://www.madrasshoppe.com/ (Reference NR-067339 - placed on 04/16/2022). There is no response from the Madrasshoppe. Tried to contact via email, there is no response from the email '[protected]@madrasshoppe.com' and no phone number to reach them.

I have already paid for the books amount. Kindly help to get the refund.

This is fake site and please help to resolve this.
