I have availed of Assisted Selling Services and the relationship manager assigned was Ms Unnati ([protected]). Payment of Rs. 6, 000/- against Order No.. 41240683 was made for 2 months of assisted Selling Services.

We were told there will be a call from the photoshoot person within 48 hours. No call came. I sent a message to Ms Unnati on 4 May but no reply yet.

In this way, I am losing out on days where the...

Magicbricks has fraudulently collected 100 % Refundable home loan securitydeposit Gold deposit of Rs 4999/- from me on 16.09.2022. The details areattached. They have not provided any services under the same hence I claimedrefund. They promised me refund subject to providing cibil report. Post sharingthe same they informed me they you have home loan and so it is not refundable asper Terms and Conditions The grievances are 1) Is Magicbricks entitled to collectsuch 100 % refundable deposit 2) Whether they have forfeiture rights if so whythe same has not been mentioned on the Application screen/ Payment screen orinformed by the RM They are cheating the public in the name of refundabledeposits. Request your immediate action and refund

    If zero or minus rating is possible I would have given that. Never book packers & movers service from them. I made a mistake by booking. No movement manager contacted me. My movement time was morning 9 am. I was not sure whether the movement will happen till 12 noon untill the vendor contacted me. After that problem started I was assured about carpenter service and accordingly quotation was increased by 1000. After reaching my place vendor said they are not informed about the carpentry service. 2000 will be charged extra. I tried to contact frontdesk number which is given in booking window. They said concerned team will contact me. Concerned team did not contact me since the booking. At time of service and payment I was not sure whom to contact. Great thing was the concern team stopped picking up vendor's call also. Now two o[censored]s left to fight the customer (me) and the vendor. Dear MB team atleast let me know whom to contact in such situation? Who was the great movement manager?

        Very disappointed with Magic Bricks.

        We have paid Rs.1000 for MB prime PRO plan and bought 30 contacts. We are searching a house for rent. But through this plan when i contact owner out of these 30 contacts, owners are telling like its already rented out. Not available currently, call not reachable, mentioned price is wrong, mentioned bhk is wrong, And owner is saying we are not giving advertisement in Magic bricks. It seems like they copied from some other sites and posted...

        Purchased pro plan on 23/2/23 HSN CODE NO 998365 for Rs.1299/-
        when i tried to access the owners no. I get this message wrong no.
        when i called up your customer care no. i recd. a call from[protected]
        that i have to pay Rs. !0/- to access the owners correct mobile no.
        why is it so? I already have a pro plan . Again to access owner"s number I have to pay?

        why i was not told to contact owners n their number have to pay 10/- ( when i took your pro plan.

My question here is why Magicbricks team showing the rented out contacts as Available on these 30 contacts. So is it a Fake thing like giving the rented out contacts in 30???

          Very disappointed with Magic Bricks. They break the trust on it. We have paid for the contact number [protected]. And we are still looking for rental house. Please look into it and make a proper arrangement. Or else refund our money which we paid for you.

            I am purchased ther higher plan but when im click on contact details not visible on app also desktop or also not send details on mobile through both sms and whats app and similarly not on mobile magicbricks app. Im raised complaint on call and mail 10 days ago but till issue is not solved also not any answer from magicbricks. Im try to refund my payment but refused to do payment back. I want my money back.

              I contacted an owner for 1bhk flat through magicbricks, and the owner asked me pay 2000 for visiting and said the amount is refundable but since the payment his number is switched off and no visit has yet been finalized.

                The properties are listed as magicbrick exclusive and to contact the owner you need to have a subscription which costs atleast 999 there are other packages also, so it makes hard to believe that if the whole listing is scam.
                So once you contact the owner, he will make you believe that he is owner, like sharing their name on the owner list, and they ask for 2000 as token money, up till now, i had a hint that it might be a scam, but as i said earlier he will share the building owner list, also he will ask for a pic and an id proof, I gave my DL, and a photo as i thought may be the property is listed as magicbrick exclusive so it might be legit ... so once you pay the 2000, you will receive a call from another number stating that he is the manager of the property and for some pass purposes, you need to send him 8065 of which 8000 will be refunded, i outright denied that .. so i contact the "owner " again and he says he will refund the 2000 but after that no calls or no refund. i was able to delete the shared dl and photo but not sure if that can be used somewhere else .. I tried calling the 'owner' from different number but the call does not get through .

                  I had paid the rent on 11-10-22 amount of 14900/- + 12/- Charges ( total
                  14912/-) by axis credit card number ending with 1054.
                  the transaction failed and the refund is not credited to axis card ending
                  with 1054. till now my amount is kept holding
                  i raised a complaint with Ticket #2487527

                    Worst experience from magicbricks for packers and movers service. Relocation manager is of waste & no help. They cheat you at the delivery time, not agreeing to what was committed by the sales executive.

                      Very recently i had booked movers & packers through Magic Bricks. The vendor they provided was so in efficient and useless, he damaged my goods, completely broke my dining table glass top, broke fragile glass ware. Did not use Buble wrap for glass items. Overall Magic Bricks is cheating by selecting the worst vendors. I called multiple time for refund of my damage but magic bricks representatives all vanish.

                        Hi, On March 15 th I have paid advance booking for the movement of my house items to new house in magic bricks … At the time they told me Ac assemebly n disammbely will be happen but today when I received the call from the team they told it is not possible and no one is answering the call. I paid advance of 500/- and in quotation they clearly mentioned about the assembly n disammbely of ac also.

                          I booked a slot for packers and movers on 10th March. Due to some reason I called and asked them to cancel and refund the amount of booking.
                          The representative said its refunded and amount will be credited within 7 days.
                          I called after 7 days, they said to wait for 1 more day.
                          I called the very next day, now the representative is saying your refund request is send for approval and and after that it will get refunded.
                          I think it's kind of some scam is going on. They have wasted my time and now they are not refunding the amount.

                            It was offer for realty loan serive from aug 2022 to 2022 dec.i didnt use this offer now i should get my paid money back.

                            iam shama ghouri from hyd telangana.i have paid the amount for magic brick realty services offer from aug to december 2022.
                            since i didnt get the property i was looking for and i dropped idea for buying also
                            now as for deal offer which ended in december, from jan i calling sending cibil report no response till now

                                Magic Bricks has only plus point of its sales team, which is best in selling prime membership and institng on upgrading plan. It know how to make fools of its customers by only registering and not providing any service thereafter to any one of its prime members.
                                Sangeeta from sales keep on ringing time to time till I become member, after that when I contacted her, where to get services, phone was not picked up many times, but it was picked up, no response.
                                Every time you open Magicbricks App, they ask to become prime members. Till now no owners till are shared.
                                Every day you will receive call from Magic'Bricks to submit your requirements for buying, when I tell them I am already registered and prime members, stiil enquire.
                                This is reputation of Times Group Company, which is boosted as best Indian Service Provider.

                                  Piss poor customer support!!!

                                  signed up for titanium listing for rs. 5150. my picture keeps getting rejected. I called and asked if they can change the property type of picture doesn't suit the listing. I am told it is more than 48 hrs and they can't go anything to change. If it more than 48 hrs, because of your inefficient customer service, why would that be any of my problem. I am extremely pissed, frustrated and disappointed customer. if customer feedback really means something, call me!!!

                                  Half the time can't reach anyone. not sure what kind of outfit you are running. should be ashamed!!!

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    On 05.02.2023 (Sunday), Mr. Chandrashekar has called me from Magicbricks and insisted to take a subscription of Rs. 1299/-. As I was new to Bengaluru and urgency in taking a rented house, I have made the payment on the same day as Magicbricks is a reputed company under Times group I didn't have a second thought.

                                    But the things were not smooth as it was told by Mr. Chandrashekar. There was no call from dedicated customer support team as he told. I requested for their number. When I called, it was answered by a student.
                                    Then I started using web browser, when we click the property, the page will be stuck.

                                    Important:
                                    After that I started using mobile app. This app shows the properties which are rented out. Also, many properties are sharing the same photos.
                                    I have made complaint on 16.02.2023 via email and the ticket id is 2544733.

                                    When I talk to the customer support, the staffs of the Magicbricks insisted me to do what they are supposed to do. The insist me to report them that the properties are rented out. I made the payment to find house not to work for them. Again, I have said these issues to many representatives over telephone and they will send some properties for namesake which doesn't suit my requirements like place(area), BHK etc.
                                    I have requested several times to refund my hard-earned money and time that I wasted on their several platforms during my work hours.
                                    I request you to kindly find a solution for me. Thanks in advance.
