Magicpin — Money deducted twice time buy voucher received one time..money not refunded

I have done transaction on magicpin to buy Amazon voucher..but money deducted twice but voucher received one time...I have complaint many time but no money refund receive..my magicpin account number is [protected] and email attach to it is [protected]@gmail.com...
