Mahanagar Gas — ca[protected]bp [protected]- bill received even though gas supply is not connected

Good day

With reference to subject please be informed we have received bill of rs.1241 without gas supply connection. Gas pipeline is connected but gas supply is not yet started. Our meter reading is also showing 0.

Please advise on what basis the bill is being charged.

We will not be paying the said bill. Request to kindly waive off same & provide the correct bill with minimum charges.
