Dear Mahanagar Gas Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express our deep concerns regarding the prolonged delay and apparent lack of communication from MGL Officials in regards to the gas connection and pipeline installation at Sky Avenue CHS Ltd, Sector 34, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai.

As you are aware, we were provided with a written assurance that by the end of July, our society would be seamlessly connected to MGL, enabling gas connections for all applicants within our community. Regrettably, the current situation is far from this commitment. Despite the presence of the main gas pipeline in close proximity to our main gate, we have yet to witness any progress in connecting it to our building's internal pipeline system. This delay is further exacerbated by the ongoing repair work being carried out within our building premises.

We have attempted to engage with MGL Officials on multiple occasions, particularly during their visit for the collection of cheques. However, our attempts at communication have fallen on deaf ears. The designated contact person, Mr. Arvind Yadav, at +[protected], seems to be consistently unavailable and unresponsive to our concerns.

As the secretary of our building, I have taken the responsibility of initiating the gas connection project within our society. However, the lack of progress and information leaves me in a challenging position, as numerous residents have approached me seeking updates on the gas connection and internal pipeline installation.

We understand the significance of this project for our community and have collectively contributed Rs 6500 each to facilitate its realization. Therefore, we earnestly request your intervention and guidance in expediting this process. If you have access to the contact details of higher-ranking officials who could address our concerns, we kindly urge you to share that information with us.
