Mahanagar Gas — gas connection delay

My bp no. Is [protected] moneyhas already been deducted. Even after long waiting of 6 months and getting into the hassle of calling your call center guys. Still no respond from your side. My gas connection is still pending.
Disappointed with mahanagar gas service. Highly irresponsible ppl. Just doing money making business. Close your agency or don't deduct money i[censored] don't give timely service
