I am raju shivram adagale residing at bldg no.171, flat no.5685, kannamwar nagar no.1, vikhroli (East),
Mumbai - 400083.
I have visited with my brother ravindra adagale to mulund mgl office on wednesday, 30th october 2019
For new png connection. We met mr. Prakash jadhav (Mobile no.[protected] / [protected]) who is
Responsible for new connection in vikhroli area. He gave me one yellow color form to fill. After
Filling the form i have given that form back along with cheque of rs. 6635 (Sbi cheque no.467344, dated
01/11/2019) and flat rent receipt to mr. Jadhav. I have acknowledgement copy of the same form with
Below office details -
Connection object number - 20000
Drs - 21
Agency code - 38
Agency / supervisor name - can't read
Employee id - 1696
We have requested mr. Jadhav for fast process as we have purchased new flat and already shifted with
Family.

Mr. Prakash jadhav has promised that he will do the needful in 7 working days. I have been doing daily
Followup with mr. Jadhav since 4th november 2019. He told me that after the cheque is clear will do the
Connection on very next day.
My brother ravindra adagale is doing followup with customer care[protected] for the cheque deposit
And early process. And cusomer care team asking for application number and saying that for the new
Connection it will take 90 days (3 months) after application submitted to bkc office or online. But
Nobody is asking mulund office for my application details or taking any further steps.
Customer care team is giving information of 90 days of tat to complete the process which is already
There on mgl site or to understand the problem and support customer till the problem get resolved.

Today again i called mr. Prakash jadhav for my the application number and further updates. He is
Refusing that he has any form or cheque with him and asking me for the new cheque and documents again
For the new process and saying that it will take 90 days to complete the process. I have been trying on
Landline of mulund mgl office[protected] /[protected]. Phone is ringing continuosly but nobody
Responding to call.

I have already lost my 15 days of time because of mistakes and wrong communication from mgl staff mr.
Prakash jadhav and custome care team.

I have now applied online for new png connection and application number is wg/o/57174/2019. Please
Support to give new png connection asap. D

Can anyone answers my below question -
1. Why 90 days tat is required if all documents are correct?
2. Where is my form, cheque and documets?
3. Do i need to pay online now? Should i stop the payment of sbi cheque 467344?
4. How much time it will take for new commection ater this mess?
5. What is the purpose of customer care team?
6. Does anyone has control on mulund office and mgl staff?
7. Can i get call or support from mgl for new png connection.
8. Mgl is purposely doing this and not responding to any complaints?

I am ending with this complaint letter and waiting for your reply asap.

Consumer number 50182574 still not recived the MGNL gas connection had done the payment on 22/12/2018 we had gone to MGNL chinchwad office before 2 weeks and answer was will get the connection in fifteen days but still not received request to see into this matter on urgent basis waiting for the positive reply
I had paid advance money of Rs.1000 by cheque against my bill, CA no.[protected] on 14th Jan 2020 at Axis bank Dombivli east branch (MGL collection center).I have not received payment receipt. It is showing due amount against my consumer no. Photo attached having banks stamp.
