Mahanagar Gas — Not providing png connection even after full payment

Dear sir / madam,

I, mahesh bhavsar, the chairman of srivilas bldg. No. 10, new golden nest, phase xi, bhayander east, have approached mahanagar gas ltd.In october-2014 to provide new piped natural gas connection to our new building. We (Chairman / secretary) have done several follow ups on customer care numbers, but customer care executive always intimated that as per the online status, its showing that “work is in progress”.

Finally mgl have initiated the work in march 2016, and started with main pipeline laying work from main road to their newly installed junction box inside our premises.

After the above job is done, mgl person mr. Sanjay sinha (Mobile: [protected]), asked us (Members of our society) for the payment of rs. 6, 500/- per flat, in april 2016. We also asked him that form filling fees is rs. 500/- and balance we need to pay prior to installation of gas meter inside individual flats. But he replied that the rule is changed now, and customer has to pay full amount while filling the form. So all our society members paid individually rs. 6, 500/- and he assured that building pipeline job will be completed within 2-3 months.

Now it is three months passed, and there is no action from mgl till now. Whenever we call mgl customer care, they reply their system is either slow or fully down. So we don’t get the actual status. Every time we call mr. Sanjay sinha, he replies that “ho jayega sir, intezar kijiye”. Recently, he asked us to talk to the superior authority at mira bhayander branch of mgl.
