Mahanagar Gas — Refund of extra payment

I am requesting for the refund of rs 4230/- paid extra for the gas reconnection on 3rd Oct, 2022. I have visited Mahanagar office in Thane and written many mails to [protected]@mahanagargas.com . The latest docket no is 7010756 & 7002798 .

The support team has been requesting for the documents which i have send many time by mail, but the issue is not resolved. The concern department has not understood the issue.

I have tried number of time to contact complaint-in-charge & Nodal office as given in backside of the bill, but no one is picking and answering. Neither I am allowed to meet the concern department and discuss the problem.

As a last resort I am mailing my concern and expect immediate solution as this is going on for last 4 months.
