late bill payment charges very high.

As consumer of mahanager gas, i would like to bring it to your notice the late bill payment charge is very high. for a consumer whose bill is 400 to 500 rs. a charge of 100 rs per month as penalty works out to be 240 to 300% pa. this is very high penalty for late bill payment even tough sometimes we receive bill late in the first place.
Further, cheque processing takes so long that we end up penalize for late payment of bill.

unexplained and extremely high billing - mahanagar gas is a total nuisance

I don't know how these guys have been given the task to supply gas services to the city people. I have received extremely high and baseless gas consumption bills for no reason. My consumption is less and yet the company has been sending a bill with very high charges. loud beep sound coming from the meter of the pipegas

Yesterday around 9 pm on 27 th mar 2018 suddenly very loud beep sound started coming from the meter of (Mahanagar gas). I was constantly ringing the service care as well as emergency phone numbers but no body could explain as to why the beep sound is coming from the meter. PNG connection: over 5 months and still waiting

New connection delayed - not yet got the connection

Mistakes in billing

In feb i have paid the bill up to units 131
Though i paid i am getting and paying bills for use up to 113 and 123 units from last two bills.
I have complained last time also.
But no action or reaction.
Hould i forget my 947 rs?

Not providing png connection even after full payment

Over and Excessive billing

Incorrect billing for 3 years
