Mahanagar Gas — Shifting of meters due to renovation. Service Req No. 5664014

Hi,

This with respect to my above quoted service request.

My above mentioned request is pending since 19 th July 2021.

On 23 rd after the visit of the technician, i have submitted the NOC from the society ane waiting for rhe service.

Every alternate day i follow up and i get a standard answer that it will be responded.

Final response came that it will be attended on 6 th August. No calls came, no one attended.

Again om my follow ups and requests, it was informed that it will be attended on Aug 7, that is today and definitely it will be completed today.

Today the personnel attended - Salil came and again the same response was, we will attended with 2-3 days.

Even after 20 days i am waiting for the service.

Please let me know when we can get the service.
