Mahanagar Gas — Your customer portal (Ref CA No[protected]

I am trying to log in. I am going to customer log in site. Typing all detail with my email. clicking on forgot password, Always it shows my email id or CA No is incorrect.

How to create password to see my detail.

All phones are on automatic voice for emergency services only which I want to respect.

Pl guide.
