We have already paid rs.1012/- on dt : 26/03/2019 as per your demand letter dt : 09/10/2018 which have received on dt : 15/03/2019. But our phone is dead since last one year please note. I have complalined many times at MTNL office. The wi-fi is not working for me at all in spite of contacting mtnl office and raising complaints.
On the computer the internet service is okay.
I am only paying bills regularly. However, in vain, no wi-fi connectivity at all.
Kindly do the needful.
