Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] — ecs not getting done

My two tel land line 23726532 and 23734644 ecs getting done from last 5 teras from last april 2016 it's stop i personally gone to mtnl mazgaaov exchange meet mr amit soham head of account he always ask some paper which i given 3 times. He no bother for us. Today still he say same i am discontinued ecs. But request do some action on him or educate him he never call in last 1 year to solve this.
